This is the most awesome butcher shop! As the sign says beef and pork. Purchased a chuck roast that was custom cut for less than the grocery store. When I noticed the Aged look to the meat I inquired and found out that it was hung for at least 32 days. The roast had the most awesome Aroma Raw and cooked without shrinking. You could tell that the meat was something special, the cow had a happy life, there was more than ample collagen. I raise Heritage chickens and know what happy meat tastes like. Chris is the owner and farmer, and Danny is the butcher. Some of the best people I've met in a very long time! If you live within a reasonable drive, you have got to check this place out. This is what local products are supposed to be!

Yesterday I went and got a few NY strips. I took them home and cooked them the same way that I always cook a strip. They were the BEST steaks ive ever had! i will not buy steaks from anywhere else. If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!

Seriously best meat market within 100 miles. Where else can you get meat directly from the farmer who raised the cattle? Nowhere but here and every single cut I've bought was as tender as filet
