I went to get my mom some food yesterday in the drive through I ordered a four peace tender meal and then get the window , the guy tells me they don’t have a four peace but a 3-5 I said ok then he tells me no fries , then hands me my sweet tea and it taste straight like water not tea at all , this has to be the worst churches I have ever been too , service is really slow also but wasted $9 for a three peace meal and no fries with a bad drink

Chicken was horrible, chruches used to be one of my favorite chicken spots but not what it used to be chicken seemed to not have flavor at all!!! I ordered fries and mac & cheese along with the meal fries were pretty good and mac and cheese was decent but will never come back! Customer service could be better the guy in the front seemed like me ordering was a inconvenience for him

They were very rude and dismissive, they told me they had to cook wake me so I was patiently waiting. After about 20 minutes of waiting for my chicken wow it was slow and seen him put the chicken up, but no one tried to get ready for me instead everyone was eating, including the cook. also, the lady at the front counter that was dismissive eating directly out of the box on the line while my food was still sitting there. I still sat patiently waiting then finally after about five minutes I walked over near the register only to see her eating, then look back at me and go over to finally drop my large okra that I was waiting on. She then boxed my chicken up and left it sitting getting cold while I was waiting on the okra, not to mention this whole time no one ever said anything to me. Worst experience ever and this is my first time coming back to this churches chicken location in years, I wish I hadn’t came this time. Paid $32 for cold food and horrible service and wasted like 45 minutes of my night

Ordered an 8 pc w okra and an extra 4 biscuits. The okra was burnt. The biscuits where not cooked right and tasted off. The extra biscuits didn't even make into the bag. That one is on me for not checking. It's really upsetting, due to the fact normally this is my chicken place.

I'm used to Church's Chicken tasting crispy and lite. I usually order wings, but lately, I've been drawn to the delicious and crispy leg and thigh at Church's. Now that Texas Church's Chicken has bought them out, the chicken batter is thick and not as tasty.

Order the 16 piece family meal. It was exceptional. My entire family was full and even had food to take home with us. And instead of letting me pay for 8 individual drinks, the lady suggested the half gallon drinks. That was awesome! I didn't even notice they had that option. If we come back down this way again we will definitely be back!

The food is not bad, but the customer service needs help. I ordered 3 pieces of white meat chicken and asked for two chicken breasts and one leg, biscuits, and large sweet tea to go. Once I got back to my vehicle and checked my bag, I had 2 wings and one leg. So I returned my order and was told that's what I ordered, but once I showed them my receipt, it said two breast with one wing and biscuits. The cashier seems to be mad at me for returning the order to receive the correct purchase and why, after all of that, I still ended up paying for biscuits that I never received with my order. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this location, especially this trip...
