I come to the mall really often but sometimes I come here in the arcade and I always enjoy myself...they upped the prices a bit but the games are really fun and the food is good. The people here are nice, and the atmosphere is clean,fun, and welcoming. I love being here!

The establishment itself is wonderful and a fantastic all in one spot for families. However, the customer service is horrible, I mean this is my third visit and I doubt I'll ever come back. This particular time the food manager, they said her name is Jessica. Her customer service amd organization was incredibly rude. I was waiting in line si ply for ice cream, I don't know about no other customer, but the one before me and i ordered before her. I was waiting there while Jessica fixes that party order and when I attempted to give her my order she took two women before me, saying they were there before me. That could have been true, however, I was in front of the ice cream window, first in line, so to me they weren't there before and of so I was there first at that particular spot, while they waited on their food. She begins to tell me I'm trying to jump line, that my party wasny before all of these people and basically used a threatening to e saying " do you want a refund, because I don't have to deal with rude customers" I told her I wanted my ice cream and if she frustrated she needs to go take a break, because from what I can see and the person behind me, I was first. She proceeded to take the three people in front of me and then left the ice cream window, leaving me to wait another another five min before the next person came and served me. Every single time I visit this place customer service is horrible. My husband went up stairs to get ice cream and that person told him, he not serving ice cream because it takes to long, he only doing sodas. Last time the food was half cooked, during a family member party. Like I said prior the place is a fantastic idea, but the customer service is horrible...... let's not negate the exceptional pleasant customer service I received from Ashlita, she was the best I had from each time I came....and when you ask to speak to a manager they act like it's nothing, that your concerns are invalid.

Was checking it out for first time for future birthday booking. Clean and staff very helpful. Daniel was amazing and kept his cool with one rude patron. I was impressed with his mannerisms even thru her verbal abuse. Bryan also handled the situation well. Great bar attendant big guy didn't get his name.

Horrific! I called ahead of time to confirm that adults wouldn't have to pay and I was told no. We drove 45min to get here only to be told by the manager that adults have to pay full price as well regardless if they intend to jump or play at all. This policy amd pricing is absurd. $35/adult just for being on the premises even though we were not going to participate in any of the activities. Imagine bringing your children to a kids play space and being told you have to pay when adults can't even fit in the childs slides and play space. Absolutely ridiculous. Don't bother driving to this place. They deserve to go broke and shut down.

It was okay, had an issue with our bowling lane and waited over 20 minutes before someone came to fix it which took an additional 15 minutes.

This is a massive 2 story entertainment establishment that not only caters to children/kids, but it’s also a great spot for dates as well! One of my good friends recommended this place, thanks to her Tik-Tok (the positives of social media lol). They have it all from bowling, pool tables, trampolines, mini skating rink/track, batting cages and the list literally goes on. My daughter and I got there around 1-2PM and didn’t leave until around 6. That’s how pre-occupied you’ll be, but in a totally fun way! Downstairs, you have to buy credits to play the arcade games and etc, just like you would at say, Dave & Busters. I very highly recommend this place, my daughter and I had a blast and no doubt it’ll be a fun to visit for a group of friends or even a date! I look forward to returning and having some more fun

No matter when I go, the team is always super welcoming and helpful. Their mechanic is awesome and super charming!
