Como almuerzo, tomamos unos paninis muy sabrosos y una ensalada bien aderezada. El ambiente es un poco estilo italiano y las mesas se distribuyen como gabinetes. De buen gusto, precios moderados y ambiente agradable.

It's easily the best restaurant I've been to in Alaska. Everything from the service to the food was on point. The Halibut with the miso cream was the perfect dish. The fish had an amazing sear with a tender interior, elevated by this beautiful miso cream sauce. A must try and I will 100% return!

Love the atmosphere at Crush. The wine selection is fabulous and it’s a creative menu. I wish they had one or two more vegetarian options with real protein. Not many vegan options to speak of. I had the vegetarian wellington. It has a puff pastry, roasted vegetables, and then it is plated with a pesto and a blue cheese cream. It was awesome.

A neat quaint spot that had good wine and GREAT food. I’ll definitely come back but be aware beforehand, their wines are more European than Californian. If you’re a wino, you’ll understand the difference. The food was some of the best I’ve had in Anchorage.

I always try to leave the review I wish others would write!

First of all - this is by far the best restaurant we ate at in Anchorage and honestly one of the best we’ve had, and we are big foodies. That being said, we rated the service low because although our waitress was attentive and incredible it took 3 hours total from start to finish.

Appetizers
-*Oysters baked - oh my gosh probably the best ones we have had and we live on the coast!
-Ravioli was creamy and delicious
-Goddess salad was also very delicious

Meals
*-The salmon special was excellent. The flavors were incredible. One of the best salmon entrees we’ve ever had. It came on top of Parmesan risotto. There was a poached egg on top (which was delivered later kind of taking away from the overall presentation). Overall an amazing dish.
-The prime rib entree was good but wouldn’t say it stood out when compared to the fish entree.

Dessert
They were out of baked Alaska so we got the crème brûlée and the chocolate graham cracker dessert. They were both delicious.

Overall great experience. Only suggestion is that the restaurant could certainly benefit from some improved efficiency to decrease the length of stay for customers.

It was our last night in Alaska and the last night of a 2 week vacation. We wanted a great local meal that offered something for vegetarians and that led is to Crush. We made a same day reservation on their website...it was a Tuesday night and spots were limited and the place was packed when we arrived. We were first offered a seat in the bar area. Sometimes that's okay but it's easy to not really feel like you're actually in the restaurant so we opted to wait a little longer until a table opened up in the main dining area. Didn't take long!

We started with the Rosso red wine flight...the owner is a sommelier so we wanted to entrust them with our experience. We're not wine experts and found the three offerings good enough for our tastes.

My wife had the salmon special which had lots of ingredients on it including gifs, rice balls and stuffed squash all of which she liked. She found the salmon to be a little overcooked though it had a nice char on it.

I got the Veggie Wellington. Our server told us this used to be a Christmastime season-only dish but it's her favorite dish and she convinced them to add it permanently to the menu. It's the only vegetarian main dish on the menu, though a number of vegetarian salads and small plates are offered including Crispy Brussels, Toasted Goat Cheese, Ravioli, Baked Mac and Cheese and Polenta. So vegetarians won't go hungry.

I liked the portobello-filled wellington...the first few bites were tasty though it got rich kind of quick. It came with a side of broccolini which was overcooked...not as al dente as it should have been...or at least as I would have liked it.

It's a nice place. Our server was very friendly. With limited vegetarian options in Anchorage we'd come back again and try some of the small plates we didn't get this time around.

Truly delightful wine bistro. Wide range of very high quality food (awesome oysters) and delightful flavor packed vegan options with wine pairings for any type of combination. They offer curated wine flights for those of you can’t seem to pick depending on your options. The waiter is also very quick with recommendations if you need. Best baked Alaska have had too! I had the schwarma plate.
