I have been a reoccurring customer for about 6 years. This dispensary is hands down the best one I’ve been to in all of north Phoenix. The deals are fantastic, the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, tons of brands and product to choose from, and the best deals I’ve seen. Been going here for quite a while with my medical card. Tried shopping today and did not see what I normally buy. Called and message said that no longer answering the phone but the chat line will answer questions. NOPE, the AI chat line could not answer any questions. So, left with having to drive 30 minutes to ask a simple question about the menu. VERY BUSH LEAGUE

PS I received a response from the owner who said to leave phone number in chat and would receive a call back. NOPE. The AI again said did not know how to respond. I will be taking my business somewhere else.

Now giving 2 stars since they no longer take calls and they direct you online to a chat bot that says they give no information on anything at all. I'm not driving an hour to anc for them to not have a product or any products at all because the bot says so

Customer service is TERRIBLE here. It's like everyone hates their job and it's always a rude negative vibe. They won't let you stand next to anyone with a medical card if you're rec... That's not a thing, no other dispensary in town does that. Had to just sit in the lobby by myself while my friend shopped. Worst dispensary in town, seriously. IT'S NOT WORTH THE DRIVE. There's a jars dispensary just up the freeway that's 1000 times better. Great customer service and no made up rules.

The folks were great, and this little place is worth going out of your way for. My friend is the pothead, and I am very much, a lightweight. However, the thc vape we purchased was extremely potent, and I saw visual trails with just one hit. No kidding! Very unusual!

Service sucks. They aren't very informative. They don't seem to want to help very much and they didn't honor a deal they had on their chalk board. After they argued that I was wrong when I was right. If it says a deal on the board for that day rather it's a mistake or not should be honored.

ANC you have always been very good to me. Property is very well kept. CLEAN on the inside and the outside. Ice cold water available in the waiting room. Always greeted with a smile by ALL employees. ALL employees are always chill, confident, and helpful. Discontinued Pure Earth products, which is a bummer. Wednesday is buy two cartridges to get one free! Top tier concentrates can be a little pricey. My favorite has been the green crack cartridge and Cheech & Chong flower. Thank you ANC employees for always having a good attitude and exceptional customer service!!! I will most definitely be a returning customer!!!
