I used K&A for our 2 Cow Elk December 2024 in unit 8. I had originally planned to use someone else who was local in Williams, however when I called on two different occasions, she was extremely unhelpful and rude on the phone. I called K&A as a backup and was greeted very politely and all my questions were answered prior to even tagging out. We are relatively new to hunting and dropped off our first Cow around noon Alli answered all of our questions, recommended cuts and was very helpful. The next day we tagged out and I was able to drop off the Cow at the end of business day. Even though they were technically closing, Allie and her husband helped show my son and I a few tricks for later hunts, give us pointers and offer suggestions for the future. This kind of customer service seems to be lost anymore but not by K&A. I picked up all my meat today and it’s now in the freezer. We will be chowing down on some tenderloin tonight and I don’t anticipate any problems. Now for the details. Hanging weight of the 2-Cow Elk combined was 605 pounds, I received 367.2 pounds of wrapped meat back which is about 61% yield boned out. We have a ton of ground, cube steaks, chorizo, and mild Italian sausage. Everything appears to be well wrapped, and nicely marked. Not an ounce of extra room in the freezer. K&A will be getting all my future business if I am hunting anywhere remotely close. Well worth the 3 hour drive home for great customer service.

K&A Meat Processing processed my 2024 early archery bull elk. My wife and I had K&A do a lot of extras to include breakfast sausage, taco meat, cube steak etc. All of it tasted amazing and was very flavorful. Allie’s customer service was great and I was able to drop off my elk at 1 A.M. My family will continue to use K&A in the future.

K&A is wonderful to work with! Alli is so friendly and professional, and I’m so glad we took my bull to her for processing. Their cuts are clean and their packaging is freezer ready. We just picked up our processed pig from Alli, too. LOVE the bacon, ham, and breakfast sausage! Thanks K&A!!!

Great job on two elk. Exactly as promised. No surprise fees, you know when you drop off what the cost will be and they cut it to what you actually want. Great family owned business. Meat was well taken care of all the sausage was great as well. My new favorite butcher.

Found K&A last minute because the processor I normally use was full. Boy am I glad I did. They were fast and the meat came just as I expected. Italian sausage and burger meat came out perfect. I can’t say enough good things about K&A. Will definitely be using them for all my future processing needs.

We used K&A to process our 2 elk we shot at Camp Navajo in 2023. I have used a different processor, for 2 previous elk, located outside of Flagstaff.

K&A was much friendlier and easier to work with than the other. The other closed basically at sunset. Shoot an elk in the late afternoon, better be there before they close, they wont wait for you. Alli at K&A said that if we got one late, just call her and she would open up to take it in the evening.

Our 2 elk were done in 6 days. We have already had some of the spicy Italian breakfast sausage, it was excellent.

The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. It is nice to do business with someone who makes you feel like your business is appreciated.
