Our daughter was married at Corona Ranch. We visited & knew that it was the right place—very reasonably priced, with a lot of flexibility as to doing the wedding the way we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. More than that, if you want to experience a setting that says “Tucson,” this is your place. It was once a working ranch, & that feeling is captured by the stucco buildings, laid out in an L shape, with a lodge where the reception is held, opening onto a patio with a fire pit & cocktail tables, looking out into the Santa Catalina Mountains. There are some ruins at the very back, beyond the grassy courtyard where you will have your ceremony. You will have some great photo opportunities, especially in the late afternoons as the light strikes the mountains! After dark, the venue is beautifully lit, inside & out. We don’t live in Tucson now, so we relied on email/phone calls with the owner, Sam, to hammer out the details. The date was set just as the pandemic was starting, & we all had to deal with restrictions Tucson put in place, which went both ways. We were very careful to understand the conditions that were explained & set out in writing. Everything was clear as to the financial obligations. Because of the pandemic, we were able to move the date back & were lucky to have the wedding in before Omicron took hold. I will say, during the wedding, I had to do nothing but enjoy it. Sam & others kept everything smooth, & it was a pleasure to work with her.

Samantha and her team at Corona Ranch are absolutely unmatched in the wedding venue game. From the day we scheduled a tour to the BIG day, Samantha was on top of everything. She answered all our questions, was consistently in contact with us, and went above and beyond to help us find a DJ when there was a scheduling conflict with ours. I cannot say enough good things about Corona Ranch. The venue is wildly affordable and absolutely stunning. Samantha makes everything run so smoothly, even small things like ensuring my husband and I had water on our sweetheart table all night. THANK YOU, Samantha, I’d give unlimited stars if I could!

From the moment we met, I knew she was the one. For us. To be in charge of our wedding. Samantha Hay LITERALLY made our day so freaking amazing, and we will forever be grateful for her and her team.

Finding a wedding venue/coordinator reminded me a lot of dating. You show up, you have small talk, you laugh awkwardly, and then at the end you say, "We'll be in touch," without ever intending on making a move.

When we met Samantha, we knew she was different. She made us laugh (like, REALLY laugh). She set clear expectations on what she could offer. And she didn't put any pressure on us. It was AAHHHMAZING. In our brief meeting, I knew she was the one.

We booked a wedding five months out and began planning immediately. She gave us a checklist of things to think about as well as local vendor recommendations (a must for newbies like us!) She helped structure our day while giving us the flexibility of choosing what it will look like, when things would happen, and where things should go ... not to mention the full service bar! We brought the booze (hello, Costco!) and her team served the drinks. Our guests were extremely happy with how the evening flowed and we got so many compliments about how wonderful the staff was all night long.

There are so many things that I appreciate about Samantha. From her ability to plan and carry out large events to stepping in and taking over when I got overwhelmed to her willingness to meet a bride where she's at (laughing, crying, and sometimes both) up and through the day of the wedding.

Having watched countless wedding movies and never planned one myself, I know that it's easy for chaos to ensue. Samantha and her team never once made me feel like things were out of control. I had complete faith in her and she made all of our dreams come true.

As I end this love letter to Samantha Hay and her team, my only regret is not having more time to truly thank them throughout the day. The grounds are beautiful, the views are stunning, and the pictures from our wedding are ones that I will hold near and dear to my heart. Thank you for all of the work you put into making our wedding so wonderful for us. In the words of David Schitt covering Tina Turner, "You're Simply the Best!"

Everything about Corona Ranch was amazing and wedding was flawless! The staff was so helpful and accommodating. The vendors were also amazing and made the wedding so incredibly special. The place looks very rustic, but really allowed for so many personal touches that it looked so much more elegant than we could have imagined. I can't say enough about Samantha and her staff! We had to be very flexible due to weather but they really made sure that everything was stress free and went perfectly! I absolutely loved working with the entire team! Such an amazing, intimate night and we couldn't be happier! Thank you to all!

Corona Ranch was a beautiful venue. Sam, was incredibly easy to work with, very flexible and helpful along the process. When the big day finally came, Sam and her team were 110% on top of everything. My wife and I were so relieved that through all the crazy-ness of a wedding, we had Sam and her team to rely on. Furthermore, the provided caterer, DJ, and bartender were incredible. As far as value goes, Corona Ranch was a GREAT value. It seemed that every "outdoor" (in terms of an outdoor ceremony) venue we found, were outrageous in price. However, for everything you get from a wedding at Corona Ranch, its a great value. In conclusion, the venue was absolutely beautiful and we could not have asked for a better evening. Bottom line, if you are looking for a beautiful wedding, look no further than Corona Ranch.

Sam and her team were absolutely amazing and the venue was perfect for our wedding! Sam was extemely communicative and would always get back to me quickly if I had any questions or concerns leading up to the big day. Everyone was so kind and they truly went the extra mile to make our day super special! The venue is clean with a great set up including a beautiful grassy area for the ceremony, an outdoor patio, and an indoor dance floor, bar, and reception area. It has a rustic feel with beautiful desert views- everything we could have asked for. Thank you Sam and your staff for exceeding our expectations and truly making our wedding experience memorable, it was the best decision choosing Corona Ranch Tucson!
