This small butcher shop is a hidden gem. Stop in there and grab what's fresh, they will also process meat for you which is not an easy service to find. I love supporting small businesses and when it comes to the meat industry, the smaller the better! Come support them, and be rewarded with fresh meat! They have great fresh butches meats, and they may not have what you were looking for, I'd say still better to get what they gave rather than something that's been traveling, and waiting for you to come buy it. Plus everything is vacuum sealed, so that's going to be fresher longer than the way a lot of things are packaged at reg grocery..

I have used this butcher for a few years now for cattle and pigs. Andy is amazing at walking you through the choices of cuts and processing. Helpful in all areas and friendly crew. The place is clean and love their new butcher case of meats for sale!

So happy to finally purchase meat from this business. Tired of paying for flavorless meat. Mohave Meat Company has a cute display case with a nice variety of beef, chicken, pork & more. The butcher was so friendly & helpful. There were only two packs of pork in the case so he went & got more. Also let me sample the organic seasonings they sell. Delicious! I purchased a variety of items in order to sample them after cooking. Tonight we had the ribeye steaks and they are so tender & delicious. Highly recommend!

My family made the jump and decided to stop in. We were expecting higher prices but decided to buy some meat just to test the waters. We got the Wagyu hotdogs and two insanely thick pork chips with beautiful fat to meat ratio. I tried the hotdogs last night for lunch and grilled them up. It was insane. They have a delicious casing and the meat is delicious. Tonight, we decided to cook up our pork chops. Me and my mom both really dislike pork but we thought maybe buying from a butcher would be different. The difference is night and day. My mom has no bottom teeth and was able to eat the entire chop. It was so tender that it cut like a knife to tissue paper. We only used seasoning salt to really taste the meat and my god it was amazing. So juicy and flavorful. Was it expensive? Yes. But it was worth every penny. I will be going back and trying other cuts of meat.

I'm new to the area, and I came in to buy a couple of items, chicken and a steak. The difference in taste in comparison to store bought Foster Farms is day and night. I was very happy to know that there was a local buther shop near me.

Look it's really hard to say don't buy there pigs. We purchased half of pig it was so tough and no taste. They took back what we didn't eat. They return a different pig same damn thing bacon 😞 Chey. Pork chops tough and favor. Now the ham we received on second pig the worst smoked ham no favor just tough 🤒. Only good thing our chickens ate this crap. Now the meat cow and chicken are great..

Nice selection of quality meats, clean, friendly and busy while we were there. They even have a blend of meat for pets. Very impressed. This will be our go to meat market. Going to try a tri-tip on the smoker this afternoon.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. What everyone needs to realize, is the high ratings they have are from people walking in buying meat. IF YOU ARE GETTING ANIMALS BUTCHERED- DONT USE! the biggest problem is missing meat, and also they DONT GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR ON YOUR CUT SHEET! the problem is management changes frequently here, and the current manager is 100% incompetent, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. DO NOT LET THEM BUTCHER YOUR ANIMALS! I have a strong suspicion they are selling meat in the butcher shop to locals that belongs to other people.
