Wish I could give more than 5 stars- I cannot express enough how amazing Riya and her team truly are! The talent behind this group is top tier. I have used Char By Riya for multiple events, all of different occasions from family gatherings, baby showers, birthday, anniversary and so on and she has gone above and beyond each time. Guests are blown away by not only the presentation but the freshness of the items along with all the different flavors and how well everything blends together. I love that they cater to all different party sizes and is able to capture what the audience will enjoy based off of the group, vibe we are going for and even the time of day. Char By Riya takes ordinary foods and turns it into an art. If you are debating to use this group for your next event let me assure you, she is AMAZING and does not disappoint... just be prepared to want to use her for every event moving forward 🙂

I came across Char By Riya at a friend’s Diwali party and thought it would be a cool idea to have the south Asian fusion charcuterie spread for my wedding— it was such a big hit! We had it as a pre baraat ( groom’s procession to the alter) spread in the morning and it was sooo good! It had muffins, cheese, fruit, Gulaab jamuns, chutney sandwiches, mini pancakes, samosas and the list keeps going on! Not only did everything taste great, but it also added a big visual element to the decor and all our guests were so happy with the variety, taste and overall idea!! Highly recommend for any and all events!!

Highly recommend Char By Riya. I had the opportunity to create a charcuterie grazing table for my brother-in-law’s vineyard engagement party. Riya and her team did a stunning job with the presentation and the grazing table was definitely the highlight of the night. She curated delicious south Asian inspired appetizers along with a traditional charcuterie graze. Also, working with Rhea was so pleasant, and she was so prompt with answering any questions and brought our vision to life. On the day of the event, she arrived on time and made the cleanup/set up process seamless. Can’t recommend Char By Riya enough and we are looking forward to working with them for a future events.
