The BEST charcuterie in the coastal bend! Everything is so thought out and put together. Almost don’t want to eat it because it looks too pretty!! (Cutest little food trailer also) I love that she has so many different sizes- good for lunch or big events! And can’t forget how good the candy boxes are!!! Definitely recommend.. 10/10

This is one of our favorite salads, hands down in Corpus. Charcuterie salad is where it’s at! So fulfilling and still feel great afterwards. The homemade fig dressing is phenomenal. Always look for rad to sharing it with someone who hasn’t had it. Thanks for all you do, Olive Bleu!

We love Olive Bleu- beautiful, artfully curated charcuterie boxes. We have used them for business and personal engagements and she’s always gotten the order correct and delivered on time. And it goes without saying that they are beautiful and delicious. She caters to our vegan and vegetarian family members as well, again with thoughtful, delicious foods. Amazing creations! Delicious varieties of cheese, fruits, meats, crackers, and spreads. I have ordered Olive Bleu for birthdays, Valentine’s Day, birthdays, to send to friends dealing with a death in the family, and even just when I have a gathering with friends.
