We visited on opening day. It was hectic as you would expect for first day. The food was fantastic. The staff was quite helpful in explaining the offerings. The owner was personally checking every table order to make sure it met all expectations. We definitely will stop in there every time we cruise I10 out of Houston.

Called in for a pick up order, food was not ready and they were confused about it, then you have to wait in the buffet line to get your food. When we got the food they forgot a main dish.
The “chopped” bbq is puréed not chopped, tastes dry and sticky. The dirty rice was good. Chicken dressing was meh.
I’m not coming back, if you want some good bbq go to four corners they are miles ahead in quality and service.

Wow! This place is absolutely amazing. The management team is so nice and helpful. Staff are all super happy. The food perfect. I follow on all their socials! Whomever is over there marketing is talented beyond belief! I mean LOVE their ideas.

Daniel’s has always been a favorite and continues to get even better. The breakfast is the best in town(and yes it is set up as a buffet) but it has a great omelette station, homemade biscuits, house made sausage and excellent friendly service. And of course the daily specials are great every single time and it is truly a nice and new place. We ordered for Thanksgiving and although it was busy the service was wonderful and the food was perfection. The in house bakery items are amazing and I have even experienced their catering and it is hard to beat. The owner is always there and available to make things right if a patron is unsatisfied unless you prefer just to be unhappy and complain on social media. It is now our go to for special catering and for those evening meals we don’t want to cook. Finally the employees are friendly, do their best, and are always willing to go the extra mile!

I came in and ate for the first time at the new location. I was unaware it was 30 min before they closed. Not one person changed their demeanor or rolled their eyes. The made my food fresh and everyone that was on the floor and behind the line checked on me at least once. That's how you run a business. Very impressed as always. Support Local Businesses!

UPDATE: My husband and son tried Daniel’s again, they got the chicken and brisket and they said it was awesome! I am updating my review from 2 stars to 4. Please give them a chance.
Just don’t get the chopped beef - everything else seems to be really good. Since management does read and respond to these reviews, I feel like they will only continue to improve.

I brought my boys here for the first time and they cleaned the plates wow the food is amazing so get out here n try it . They also serve breakfast homemade biscuits n gravy and more .
