Stopped last week to the BBQ trailer beside the main store. It was terrific. Ribs were soft and the sauce was great. Fries were decent needed a bit more seasoning but overall delicious. Service was good. Ordered based on cashier recommendations and he nailed it!

I must’ve driven by this place 100 times before I decided to stop in. Boy, am I glad I did. I tried the breakfast Cuban with sausage, egg and cheese. It was fabulous. Inside the store there’s a meat counter, lots of seasoning, jelly, and jams, a few other grocery type items. Outside, there’s a barbecue restaurant that is obvious when you drive by me when I say I will be shopping here a lot.

I drive almost an hour from my home to go to Ricks. Rick is about the nicest man in Lithia. Always greets me with a smile, his staff is amazing, and the fellas are getting to know me when I come in now. His cuts are fresh and delicious. His prices are fair and you cannot go wrong heading up to Ricks. Best meat market in Florida. Hands down.

Just moved to central Florida and found Rick’s online. Made the drive over and bought brats, bacon, pork roast, baby back ribs and pork belly. Yesterday I made the brats (jalapeño cheddar and the apple.) WOW, just wow!! The brats flavor was delicious and the casing wasn’t that hard stuff you get in a grocery store that you have to bite hard through and it’s just awful. Rick’s brats were soft and flavorful and the casing was very sheer and barely there. And no weird stuff in the meat like you find in grocery store brats. We will never buy grocery store brats again. Today, I made the bacon. I was leery about the thinness of the bacon because we normally buy thick slices. Oh my!! It cooked up wonderfully and it was packed with flavor!! It was light, crisp and made a great BLT! I could tell it would be great when I broke a piece in half and it broke very easily. Never buying store bacon again. The butcher shop will cut your meat and in fact, cut the pork butt roast in half for me because it was just too large for our family. This place is a diamond find if you’re looking for a meat market.

This place is worth the drive! Great selection of top choice meats and I promise you there are things here you've never tried. Take the drive you won't regret it. Come hungry and eat while you're there picking up what your going to smoke tomorrow.

Simply The Best, great at what they do! The personalities behind the counter reflect love ❤️. I drive an hour to shop here, I always leave with a smile, great food, and a warm feeling. Fresh custom meats
Prices a bit high for burgers and bacon but fair for beef roast, which tasted much better than store roast. Steaks looked good but out of my budget at that time - lookforward to trying rib eye steaks and/or prime rib at a future date. They have other meats which I may also try. Has a BBQ take-out or picnic eat-there place on same property which was delicious.

I was amazed at the speed turn around and quality of the product I received. I want also like to thank you for the wonderful tomahawk steak and other items we purchased last weekend.
