There’s probably not enough space to rave about this place on this review. From the service to the quality, it’s by far the best place to buy meat.
Local, grass fed, rotating cuts, and that’s just the meat. The service is even better… the guys that welcome you there feel like buddies because they really enjoy the service they’re giving (because they believe in their product for good reason). They’re knowledgeable when i ask about how to cook a certain cut and they don’t make you feel dumb. I try to tip them every time but sometimes they skip through the tip thing. I’ll never go anywhere else

Finally, I had the chance to stop in today. Nice small and friendly butcher shop. Customer service was excellent. They helped me find what I was looking for. Been looking for a great Texas hot link in the desert for a while and now I’m estatic. You definitely have a new customer. I really appreciate your help today. My experience here was excellent. Very clean, spotless ! I asked about a brisket in the case, the pleasant young man Weighed it, ohh too big I said, well I can cut it for you he said how much would you like? Very professional and I will be back! I drove 30 miles to get there, very impressed.
