I used to have decent experience with the meat purchase in this shop earlier. In the past one month, I see an arrogant guy in the meat cutting department and the way he handles customers is pathetic. He is looking towards customers as if he is giving meat free of cost. The way he is trying to intimidate people by constant staring at them, is unacceptable. I had to control myself getting into an argument with him, recently. From now onwards, NO NO for meat here. There are lot of options where people sell with respect.

Their Goat meat used to be good...now it has gone completely downhill. The meat has been always tough off late...doesn't get tender even after hours and hours of cooking. Time for me to find better options.

We bought 3lb of kafta the other day, they charge $12.99/lb when other markets charge $5.99/lb for the same exact thing if not better. It’s very unfortunate that your market takes advantage of people and charge them up like that. This applies to many other items but this one was outrageous, I hope you can review your pricing policies to maintain customer satisfaction and reasonable business practices rather than rely on getting the most out of those that don’t pay close attention to prices.

God created all races, God is love & Muslims tall about Allah but my sister and I walked into the store dressed upand classy, you looked at us as if we were trash. We put our things down and left. The cashier guy gave us a dirty look, the woman sticking up shelves couldn't say hi or excuse me, I've many middle eastern friends, I respect all ppl, but you ppl are racist and it's just sad. Black ppl please don't spend money where you're not welcome or treated with dignity. Allah Allah they say but dnt practice his teachings. Say no to racism

Babel is the number 1 middle eastern market in Arizona! It has everything you will need. A plus is that they have a bakery and make their breads and pitas fresh daily! They even make lahma ajeen or zaatar patties which are delicious. I highly recommend Babel grocery. Their food is always fresh and delicious.
