Was recommended by my hunting buddy who has used them for years. Processed both my caribou and moose this year absolutely amazing! Best I have ever had, super cool technology all the way through nothing like it use these people. Owner meets you outside and is a stand up dude!!

Customer service is great, however, we won’t be using them again in the future. This is our second season using them, we dropped off over 50 pounds of meat. Husband was going to get a specific flavor of snack stick for us. I’m Not a fan of the mango habanero flavor but we loved their barbecue that a friend let us try over the winter. he told them he wanted to get the barbecue and they mentioned they had a new barbecue-habanero flavor. They took some out of the freezer and warmed it up for him to try which he then immediately told them we would like to order that new flavor THEN Immediately he was rang up and given a receipt for us to bring back in once ready. When we went to pick up our order, we realized they must have initially rang the snack sticks up incorrectly and gave us literally all mango habanero flavor (snack sticks AND the brats). The only way they said they would make it right is if our initial receipt showed something different. They were super friendly when we dropped the meat off, handed my husband the receipt right after he sampled the new barbecue flavor, we had no reason to double check them ringing up the flavors. They literally just had him try it and said sounds good we’ll get it done. Now we are stuck with $250 worth of snack sticks that I dislike.

Bummer because we like their customer service and they are fast, but we will not be going back after this year. Haven’t tried the Brats yet that we got from them, but hoping they will be better than last year‘s flavors that we got.

Dropped my son’s caribou off last season to get processed and couldn’t have been happier. Great tasting breakfast sausage, burger was ground perfect, nice variety of steaks, all professionally packed and labeled. This was the first time we used a processor for game meat and I’ll absolutely be coming back next time. The facility is clean and Tony was awesome to work with. Thank you!

This year I was lucky enough to purchase a cow from Depriest farms, upon John's recommendation, he took it to bear valley and my family and I couldn't be happier. Great processing and very friendly staff also very affordable at the highest quality. If your wondering where to get any meat processed i highly recommend bear valley meats!

This year we purchased a half cow from Hungate Farms. It was our first time purchasing beef locally, not from the store. Hungate delivered it to Bear Mountain for processing. When we came to get our order, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The whole place looked clean and organized. The meat was nicely vacuum packed.

Thank you Tony and crew for a delicious Easter ham! Actually it was the most tender ham I’ve ever had. The smoke flavor was subtle and the glaze was just right. Not too sweet and heavy, perfect! We had jalapeño cheese sausages and Philly cheese sausages also. Both are really good! I’ll be needing some more of those for summer grilling! I don’t hesitate at all in recommending Bear Mountain Meats to anyone needing their services. Tony has a clean, organized, food safe environment. Thanks again Tony!

I took my caribou meat in to be processed into sausage and we decided to go with the regular breakfast sausage. When I called in, I mentioned that I wasn’t a big fan of a lot of sage in my sausage and they said some places go heavier on it and some go lighter on it like they do. I trusted their input and went with the sausage. My family loved the sausage!! Out of my 5 kids I have 1 child that tries to be a picky eater. Even she loves it and wants us to use it all the time in different meals. We’ve used it in breakfast meals, spaghetti, lasagna, tacos, and a bunch of other recipes and it’s great in pretty much anything you would use hamburger in. We had never had caribou before and now my family wants me to get more this coming hunting season. I highly recommend them.
