We are new bee keepers from Florida so, we were camping in the area and contacted Michael (owner) to learn a little about their bee keeping experiences in TN. He was gracious and invited us to come meet him on a morning that the berry farm was closed.
He spent over an hour sharing his farming and bee keeping experience.
Nice place, well thought out and kept up well.
We enjoyed meeting him, he is very personable and pleasant to listen to.
We will be sure to come back.

Delicious sweet blueberries and blackberries. U pick or picked for you. The owner Mike is very knowledgeable about his berries and is happy to talk to everyone about them. There are free popsicles for the kids and cold bottled water. Competitively priced. Take your sunscreen and bug spray and wear a hat because the fields are in the sun.

I've been going to this berry farm for the last 5 years before this year.
Sadly, this year was a big disappointment.
The previous owners were wonderful, but they sold it.
This year when we went the price had nearly doubled.
To add to that, the berry patch wasn't kept up nearly as nicely as it used to be.
For all the 5 years we went the rows between the berries were kept mowed and weeded. We never had to avoid tall weeds or bugs.
This year there were weeds growing up around the berry bushes that were nearly as tall as my kids. When we got home my son was covered in bug bites.
And the berry bushes were covered in berries that were starting to shrivel up on the bush (which means they weren't being picked enough).
I don't think they were offering pre-picked berries like the previous owners.
The new owner seemed more worried about telling everyone about the things he plans to do in the future and the extra things he has for sale, rather than keeping up with and learning how to take care of the berry patch.

Great people, super friendly. Took 3.5 year old granddaughter, fun time. Their berries are the first I ever ate out of a bowl. Usually in a salad or muffin. Best place for family memories.

Rows and Rows of berries! Blueberries, raspberries, blackberries. It just a great place to take the family and spend quality time while picking your own bucket of berries... great place to create memories, while enjoying good berries!!
