Stopped here on my drive from Fort Myers. I was looking for a restaurant that local. This place caught my eye. Ordered the Cuban sandwich, Yucca Fries, fried plantains, Sugar Cane drink (guarapo) and a coffee for the road.

Behind my seat is the Bodega Meat & Produce Market.

I’d come back in a heart beat if it wasn’t for the distance.

The best octopus I ever had , I had no idea about this place, but their quality for fish is excellent , I am not an expert chef but I had cooked octopus in the past and this definitely was a hit, so I am sharing some pictures of the final result. I definitely recommend it.

OMG Found My Spot ? feels like My Home Miami ? we got the Empanadas and Ropa Vieja Excellent!! Can't wait to try some sandwiches. They have fresh produce and lots of other food and household items!!! Stop By! Oh and a deli!!!!

First time here, absolutely disgusting! They don’t even deserve one star. We ordered the Cuban and the mojo pork sandwich, the pork was absent all we got were slices of fat, absolutely no meat. Got 7 French fries. I’m not sure how this place has any good reviews. Such a disappointment to the Cuban food industry.

family owned, great service always. my boyfriend and I come here often for food on the go or food to make at home. family that owns it is personable , friendly and welcoming. variety of grocery needs are met. also like that they buy locally as well 100/10 always 🙂

Positive review changed since it was sold.

I am extremely disappointed. I left a 5 star review previously when the original owner was always there. There seems to be a new crew there and was charged $10 for one drumstick, a 1/4 potato and some rice and gravy. I can’t find any reason to go back even after I used to go there 2 to 3 times a week for lunch . So unfortunate.
So - I went back. My fault. I got some roast pork and it was dry, cold and fatty. Another $10 wasted. I wont be back.
