It was my first time going it was Great customer service we bought some blueberry sausage and some Maple sausage and we bought some really beautiful T-bone steaks. The steak was tender perfectly cutting the flavor with phenomenal it melted in your mouth. The blueberry and maple sausage was out of this world we made it with homemade buttermilk pancakes I've not had sausage that good in 20 years if you haven't tried them give them a shot they're amazing and their prices are really good. And for those on food assistance they take the EBT card definitely five stars..

I feel so cheated. I am giving them 1 star because I do not have the option to give them 0. We took a mature doe here and all we got back was about 15 pounds of meat (see picture attached that includes ALL we got back). They tried telling us that one of the hinds had been damage but the shot had been through both lungs (nowhere near the hinds). From the size of the cuts I am sure that they did not give me my deer back. It hurts to think I have paid $8 a pound for a deer I shot on my own property. Beware everyone and do NOT take your meat to be processed here.

If you're into local meat products, you need to go here! Ive been by the turn hundreds of times and never stopped. I guess because the sign says "Processing" . So Im thinking like deer or ? Not to overstate the obvious but I believe it also says "Butcher".

After they put the other little signs out (beef, pork, ribs, etc.) we decided to stop. Super friendly and helpful, I spoke with Craig at length and while they don't carry a ton of product in their storefront its ALL local and fresh frozen. He will also take orders and cut whatever you want.

We bought some of the eggs, flank steak and ground beef. Eggs were fresh off the farm. We made some delicious smash burgers from the beef! We visited again earlier this week and they had whole chickens! I got a couple but have not been able to get to them as of yet. I cannot wait to try the flank steak.

These are local guys to the Cullman area selling quality locally grown meats. So if you're looking for this type of goods be sure and drop by.

The processing I used before retired I couldn’t find anyone that would take my deer but brothers processing did, I’ve taken two deer to them so far and they do a great job, u don’t even have to quarter it up u can bring the whole deer to them. I’m not sure if that’s something everyone does but I’ve always quartered my deer up in the past and just brought it in the cooler so being able to just drop the whole deer off is much easier. The maple breakfast sausage is amazing and everything I got back was great! Aside from my buddy that retired brothers processing is by far the best processor I’ve been to in 20 years. I will use them until they retire or till I am too old to drag a deer out of the woods! I would recommend to everyone.

I brought them two hind quarters and two shoulders to grind, and I only got 9 lbs of meat back. Also, they asked me to leave my cooler with them. It was not stored inside and it was dirty. I had to clean the meat packages before I put them in the freezer.

Chris called and apologized. We had a good conversation, but for now I think I'll use a different processor.

The gentleman working behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. The processing facility was exceedingly clean and well-kept. I've been told by friends I know that come here that the processing is phenomenal and a great value as well. I can't wait to find out for myself.

They stole at least half of our meat from the 2 cows we sent to them.

I thought it was odd that we got so little since that's usually enough to feed our whole family for a full year until i saw the tongue and noticed it was about 1/3 the size of what we normally get. They clearly took our cow and gave us a Calf back like we wouldn't notice.

Definitely never going back
