First time visit to Butcher Block Meats. It’s in a convenient location with a big parking lot. Inside it looks spotless clean. The young lady behind the counter was polite and helpful. The beef looked better than Fry’s with good marbling. I had the chicken last night and it was real fresh and not swimming in fluid. So I’m paying for just chicken and not a thick pad soaked with chicken fluid.
I recommend trying it.

Best butcher shop on the market! Phenomenal beef jerky, homemade. They have a wide variety of meats. Great cuts of steak, even Japanese A5 Waygu. Highly recommend this butcher shop. The atmosphere was phenomenal as well.

From chicken to veal to beef to seafood, this IS the place to buy. Their prices on some of their meats are on the bigger side like their Tomahawk & Wagu but smaller business so makes sense. Definitely recommend you try some of their spices.

I’ve been visiting this Master of Meat for some time now. I can’t fault it. I’m from Scotland, and really value the importance of having a butcher in the community. Especially in these days of supermarkets where the meat is processed in huge factories and pushed out to the consumer as quickly as possible.

This butcher cares for his product, and more importantly, his customers.

As you will see in the pictures below, is a New York Strip loin that I cooked. I can honestly say that it was one of the finest cuts I’ve ever eaten.

Fantastic store! A friend made us burgers with their premium ground beef and they were amazing! We had to go in and get some of our own, and again, it was so good! The staff was incredibly friendly, answered all our questions with a smile, and were patient with us while we browsed the case. I can't wait to try more! Thanks!

Have been many times…this was one of many OMG moments. Twice baked potatoes and i got NY Strip Wagyu and he got a Tbone…smoked on Big Green Egg and cannot explain how delish it all is!!!
