We used this location as a venue for our social hour/dinner while in Breck for a leadership retreat. Highly recommend. Cindy was amazing to work with to create the perfect menu and ambience. There was plenty of space for 22 of us to mingle and eat. The service from Cindy and the staff was delightful. The wine and drink variety satisfied even the high end members of our group. The charcuterie boards are the best I’ve had. I’m still thinking of them along with the lamb lollipops and main chicken. Everyone is still talking about the chicken from the event menu. I’m glad I took the leftovers!!

Lovely wine stop, some local to Colorado wines, but out of the one I really wanted to try, unfortunately. Most wines are Californian, but have a good regional selection including Santa Ynez which I love as one of my personal favorite wine regions. My server is the only one for the Carboy side and she is busting her butt to keep up with this crowd, they're quite busy this Saturday afternoon. Would recommend a stop in, definitely a place to stop and relax. Not particularly child friendly which is a wonderful bonus for the rest of us.

Carboy in Breckenridge was the perfect place for our micro-wedding reception. The food was AMAZING - our entire group couldn't stop talking about how good the food was.
And Cindy was so helpful with the planning process leading up to our event. I definitely recommend checking this place out or reaching out for larger parties.

This place is amazing! Great wine selection and everything that came out of the kitchen was phenomenal. Cindy, however, was definitely the highlight of the entire experience! She was attentive to our table despite how busy it was, and made the entire experience 100 times better with her hospitality!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Carboy/ Gold Pan in August and it far exceeded our expectations. We wanted a casual, delicious and super local spot to celebrate with our family before our big day and Carboy delivered! Cindy was great to work with on our private event, the food was yummy, the service was excellent and they have a great PA system for speeches to boot! I highly recommend Carboy/ Gold Pan for your private event!!

Wine is great but the food- the Food is spectacular!!
The small plates are reasonably priced but the palette of flavors for each dish are perfectly balanced and addicting. We intended to only order two plates but ended up staying an extra hour and ordering 6 plates. The bison carpaccio is stellar and the creme brûlée with cherries is worth the drive up from Colorado Springs. We definitely plan on returning and bringing our friends and family here.

Super accommodating service with excellent food. I personally loved the bruschetta and I liked the house wine. The area is small but can hold big parties
