One of the best market places in the metro area. You can get everything African. You have a wide variety of meat (both African and american styles) the fruits and vegetables are also natural and organic. They import a lot of their products from Africa which takes them 6 months to get there and it’s a family ran business that been ran for years!

When you read comments about them being rude they mean RUDE!! I came here to buy things for soup and picked up a pack of frozen goat meat from their freezer. All the goat meat was the same weight and size. I get to the register and the cashier tells me that because there’s no barcode on the meat pack that I need to go back and get one with a barcode. I told him the freezer said they were all the same price and asked if there was a price difference so I could find a similar one. This man told me “JUST GO BACK AND DO WHAT I TOLD YOU TO DO.” When I finished descending on him verbally he understood that I was not that kind of customer. I warned him to never dream of speaking to me like that. And he actually looked confused in all his mannerlessness. I went back to the freezer and came back with one with a bar code and when he went to ring it up the barcode began to slip/slide. So clearly this was a them issue. This same cashier proceeds to tell me that I mishandled the bag and caused the barcode to slide off. When he saw my face he found a way to ring it up because I was ready to spark again. I don’t know if it’s because I look young but that just tells you how ppl are treated here

I simply just wanted more lettuce on my salad bowl and it was an issue, I’m not sure what’s up with this location, but all the other locations comply with my request for lettuce at no additional charge.

I initially started ordering food from here through DoorDash as they are the only African restaurant within 15 miles of my office that offer delivery. They make incredible food and it’s consistently good. I was pleased to find out they actually have a full blown store for many Nigerian products as well! I go here at least twice a week now, and their customer service and pricing are certainly one of the best in Atlanta (I have visited virtually all the other stores/restaurants in the area). Except for occasional delays when I order over the phone for pick-up, they’re also a very customer-service oriented store—an uncommon feature of many African stores in ATL. Keep up the good work!

My Favorite store to buy turkey wings, there cut finely and always fresh! I also love the hen very fresh and cut as well, I’ve been coming to this store for 3 years and I have no complaints and I’m not even African 😂 but I love there foods and customer service 5 stars for me 😊

Trying to support small, local spots, I figured I’d stop by here with my wife while I was on this side of town, get some meats and a good meal. I had a fine time at the meat counter (the meat was scattered around a bit but nothing worth writing about,) but my wife was having a hell of a time getting this guy’s attention to ask a question. When I, a man of Hispanic-looking descent, realized the reason that my white wife wasn’t getting any service, I asked the guy (Yemi I believe his name was,) to address the customer who was speaking to him and not me. All it took was a scoff and a click of the teeth for me to put my stuff back and for us to leave. My friend, a word of advice: if you’re a misogynist, maybe you shouldn’t be the one talking to customers, yeah? Stick to cutting up chicken quarters or something more your speed.
