I went in today and this very sweet and handsome guy named Alex attended me, I liked how attentive he was and very respectful. I order a strawberry smoothie and it was really good. So drinks and service 10/10 ✨ Definitely coming back!

The Jasmine Green tea with Green Apple is ALWAYS my go to. Have been getting that ever since I was 13, I'm now 29.
So freaking Yummy.

Customer service was very poor and overall had a very bad first impression of this place. However the boba was served quickly, maybe too quickly if you’ve ever had boba this is not the place for you. The tapioca is not flavored like as many other places do with brown sugar or other flavors and therefore it tasted like tap water. The drink itself was HEAVILY iced and the flavor wasn’t there it’s just so watered down and tastes more like water than anything extremely disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. The boba in a can from 5 below is better than what we had here today.

This is the only place I've found that serves bubble tea (tea with tapioca) and I stop by to get one every time I'm in the area. The drinks are really good - my favorite is the thai milk tea - and I like that there are a lot of flavors to choose from with both the tea and smoothies. Plus, the woman who works there is always very nice.

Cha Cha Teahouse!!!! I used to come here when Osaka Grill was still in Pardale Mall's cafeteria.
So, I love this place. I would always buy their smoothies with tapioca! The staff/workers here are friendly which made me always feel comfortable. Nothing concerns me about this place. I would recommend!!!! Great place!!!! Their smoothies are by far the best if you're looking for something to refresh, but don't drink too fast or you're going to get a brain-freeze, lol...

I go here EVERY TIME I visit the mall. Never fails. They have lots of options, all of which that I've tried have been great. They offer boba tea, which is what I always get (and love!). They offer a stamp card as well! Don't forget to ask for one! (:
