Horrible. We ordered one on line. They took our money. They never delivered. When you call the number it goes to voicemail. I called Westminster brewery where they shared space and gourmet ghosts has closed. Moved to Longmont. Changes names. Do not order from the website.

So happy with our charcuterie! We ordered the Plank option over the phone on Saturday around noon and despite this being a very busy weekend with Christmas orders, they accepted our order and had it ready for us before 4pm! We’ve ordered through the website before, but this time the online form wasn’t working and wouldn’t allow me to enter an email for the order, so it wouldn’t go through. I called the store and was greeted by a really friendly employee who put the order through!

I placed an order on Wednesday, October 25, 2023 to be delivered on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 4:00 PM. I received an order confirmation and payment was withdrawn from my bank account. I had guests coming over for a Halloween event and my order was never delivered. I called several times, provided my order and phone number, and requested to get a call or email but, until this day, I'm still trying to find out what is going on! I had to comment on a post and direct message Gourmet Ghosts' Instagram account to try to get help and, it wasn't until a few days later, "social media person" responded to my comment and message, stating the owner will be notified of my inquiry...no surprise I wasn't contacted and, again, I had to reach out. I finally got a reply from "Claire" on November 2, 2023 and Claire declared it was delivered with a drop-off photo. I requested a refund confirmation and to see the drop-off photo but I'm still waiting... It's been a week since my last conversation with Claire, I followed up to find out about my refund today, November 9, 2023 - Claire wanted me to confirm my last 4 digits of the card (wrong card number) and she refuses to send me proof of my refund and drop-off photo! I have supported this business for a few years and extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I just want my refund and I will no longer support this business!

The experience with this place could have been much smoother and handled better. However, this business would get a negative review if possible. We were very excited to try these beautufly displayed charcuterie boards and were very disappointed with how the experience went.
We placed an order online at 1018am (for a bridal party) a confirmation email for pick up at 2pm for the 3pm party we drove down 2 hours for.
Upon arrival, the name is nowhere to be found as it is inside a brewery and still does not say name advertised. No big deal, we figured it out. The bartender then explains to us that they were not doing charcuterie boards ( though we paid for it already). She stated she could not give us a refund. And a manager would need to call. It was very frustrating, and had we known we wouldn't have driven out of the way to pick it up and could have made other arrangements. As we ended up having to figure out another option with not even an hour to figure it out (difficult in Denver metro hustle and bustle). Though bartender said she "understood," she was very frustrated herself and not super companionable about it ( though none of it was her fault, mind you).

This was simply very unprofessional and disappointing all around. This could have been easily understandable and avoidable. They ended up refunding with no apology or call back. Or offering for the troubles.
We understand things happen. The response was unfortunate.

Incredible service, and delicious food. Adam and his crew go above and beyond with their charcuterie boards and their food events. The build your own board class is so much fun, and with great value. You won't be able to find the same quality anywhere else at these prices. Everytime I stop in at Westminster Brewing for a beer, I grab either a meal combo or a charcuterie platter. Can't rate these guys highly enough
