My parents surprised us with an at home charcuterie class provided by charcuterie chick. Alex, the owner was an amazing instructor! She was patient, funny and kind and really added too what a fun evening it was. We were all able to create our own boards with her guidance! We laughed the entire time while getting to snack on her amazing selection of meats and cheeses. Everything was fresh and delicious. I would recommend charcuterie chick to anyone looking for a high-quality charcuterie board, or anyone looking to make memories with friends and family by taking one of her classes.

I’ve now been to 2 charcuterie chick classes and ordered 10+ different style boards over the past 3 years and cannot say enough good things about this company. Alex and her team are extremely easy to work with. They are timely with their communication and always willing to work around obstacles that we have to make sure that we get the exact boards we want for every occasion. If you’re thinking about ordering, DO IT! You’ll be hooked and have to order a board for every occasion to impressive the in laws!

When did I develop this ravenous craving to learn to make my own charcuterie trays? For one of my Valentine’s gifts, I took Alex’s charcuterie class. She is a very organized and straight to the point teacher with beautiful supplies to make a lovely, tasty board. I enjoyed the class. I would recommend it. I am launching a restaurant guide website soon and I plan to include a section on “foodie events and classes,” and feature ideas like this.

Love the classes offered by Alex, the Charcuterie Chick! We had such a great time. Alex is a fabulous instructor! She is patient, clear, and fun! Definitely recommend taking her classes to learn some "top secret" tips and skills from a pro!

Alex Charcuterie chick was amazing!! They produced an amazing Charcuterie board (Grazing table) for my wedding. I wish I got more photos of my husband and I with the table, but no dice. Alex was very responsive to my emails and explained pricing to me from the beginning. She coordinated with my wedding planner seamlessly as well. They were on time and executed our plans perfectly. She was clear with what they needed to make the best of their product including table and venue size and layout.. The board itself had all of the best ingredients and tasted delicious. All of my guests enjoyed cocktail hour because of our grazing table. Alex was patient and kind as well. Thanks Charcuterie Chick for adding to the magic of my day!
