I Would like to say that there was a lady working when me and my adopted sister went in for jewelry . Mind you I’m white and my little sister is African American she stared us down making us feel uncomfortable my little sister came to me after leaving and explained to me how she was looking at her she says she never wants to go there again this isn’t right at all this happened yesterday April 22nd 2024 at 6:20 Pm Also on my receipt it doesn’t say the name of employee but I once worked at Clair’s Back in Rockford Illinois I’ve never in my life made a client/customer ever feel that they were not welcome mind you I was a Manager no way I was allowing discrimination in my store . Need better service

I took my granddaughter to Claire's to have her ears pierced for the very first time. She is 10 months old and they did a wonderful job!

We came here to get my 7 year old daughter's ear pierced. She was pretty nervous, but really wanted it. Shay, the woman who helped us, was amazing. She had the calmest voice and demeanor. She explained to Bailey everything she was doing. She lined up the piercer, said "Are you ready?" and was done before she even finished the question. My daughter said she was great! I agree! Thanks Shay!

This store is so small, you bump into people and racks, no choice. I take my granddaughters here, on our day out, that's the ONLY reason I go in here. They also tell you, buy 3, get 3 free, but by the time they ring up the most expensive first, it's not a good deal. You can spend $50 to $75+ thinking you are getting a bargain, till checkout. I DO NOT recommend this store.

Kawana did an amazing job with my baby girl. I was anxious to get this taken care of but she made it very easy. Her friendliness and competence really eased my nerves. What a great job.

They have very pretty jewelry, all kinds of cute hair accessories. The only complaint I had was I got my grandsons ear pierced and they wouldn't put a diamond in his ear , they only use sterling silver . That isn't a big deal, I can always put a diamond in his ear .
