"I bought my dog's jacket here but wasn't happy with the quality. However, the service is great, and the staff is very friendly. The place is clean and has a wide selection of pet food. I suggest supporting more locally made pet clothing in your store. Overall, I highly recommend this place."

Cold Spot has the best prices in town for things. I can get stuff for my livestock, dogs, cat, and parrot here. I like that they only carry good quality foods.

Update 2024: Really disappointed with the direction Cold Spot is heading. They've stopped carrying a lot of livestock provisions, and no longer sell chicks (it's been a few years). The cat and dog foods are expanding into areas that used to be for small animals and livestock. I can't get my turkey or parrot food here anymore, There are a lot of low quality dog and cat foods now. We didn't need another Petco... I guess I'm going to have to turn to online shopping instead of buying local.

This place is awesome! It’s all about the customer service here. I go in with my two doggies and if my hands are full a staff member will go out of their way to help me with my things in the store and also to the car. Clean place, they have reward programs for some products, which is nice.

We love going into cold spot and getting the things we need(and some things we don’t need but they’re awesome!) customer service has always been on point and they are there to help you get things to your car or pick the right food for your pet. Love the variety and one stop shopping for all my critters. Thanks for the excellent friendly service every time.

We use cold spot for all of our dogs needs. We recently opened up a new bag of food and our dog started to experience vomiting and diarrhea. We took her to the vet and started a bland diet. Her symptoms resolved so we started to reintroduce her kibble again and the symptoms came back. I took the dog food to cold spot to check the batch number and get another bag. The employees at cold spot were super helpful and wanted to make sure our dog felt better with a new bag of food. Highly recommend cold spot for any of your pet needs!
