This is a fantastic place. Its clean and tidy inside. The customer service is incredible and very helpful. They have fresh everything herbs, teas, yogurt spices you name it. This place is a lifesaver during flu and cold season and year round.

I love this shop, especially the previous owner (My she RIP). IDK what's REALLY going on but A LOT of REALLY GREAT TEAS have been hard for them to get the ingredients to put together, is what I'm told. The Lymp node tea is unavailable, diabetic tea, female tea and male tea are ALL unavailable. These were ALL VERY EFFECTIVE TEAS. Buy ALL that you can NOW because they may not be selling it tomorrow. Smh, this is sad. 😔😔😔

Super friendly folks. Clean, bright, well appointed store. Stopped by quickly on a road trip and was charmed by the lovely shop keeper. Something I’d chosen hadn’t been rung up, and as I was pulling away in my car, the shopkeeper ran out to gift me that item, letting me know she had forgotten to add it to my order. Who does that? So sweet!!! The best health food store in the area!!

We are so blessed to have this place. Sherry and her staff are incredibly friendly and a wealth of knowledge. Each item here is carefully researched and responsibility sourced. I am so grateful to have a place where I can buy natural products for my family with 100% confidence. I love the bulk items that are kept in stock here. The beans and grains we get here are a staple for my family. The quality is exceptional, just give them a try and you'll see what I mean. There is an entire wall of herbs and spices that you can buy by weight. The refrigerators have high quality probiotics, supplements, yoghurt from the local cows at Pecan Point Farms, fresh eggs, kefir, kambucha and more. There are supplements and teas to help with all of your needs. Sherry and her staff have helped me find a number of helpful vitamins and supplements to support me and my family. There are also plenty of soaps and cleaning products that you can feel good about using. Last but not least there are anymore off high quality products for your furry family members too! If you haven't been here yet you need to check this place out! You are sure to love it!

This place has been a stable of the Lee County community for a long time and I, for one, think that we are truly lucky to have such a place. The owner is the most gentle and kind person who is always willing to help out in any way possible. If you have a need for the type of products that is sold here I suggest you hurry on over because you will not be disappointed.
