Dickman's has a great variety of different meats & everything I've had from there is top-notch. The staff is very knowledgeable and always willing to help you out. The prices are a little on the high side but the taste is well worth the extra cost. I have completely given up on the grocery store for tasteless junk they peddle...

So I brought in a buddies deer to get processed. We were told it would be maybe a few days. There was absolutely no communication from them and after several phone calls over 2 weeks we finally got someone to check to see if had even been done. No idea how long it was sitting there finished. They have good meat I will give them that. A little overpriced in my opinion though.

We learned about Stockman years ago, and now that we live in New Mexico, we make a point of stopping here on our way through Tucson. Recently, we picked up a pork roast and a bunch of ugly steaks (which are absolutely delicious). They have a wonderful selection of meats. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

So lucky to have Dickman's on the east side. The selection is unbeatable. The ugly steaks and baked potatoes are delicious. The boars head sandwiches and picnic salads at the deli are fantastic. The prices can't be beat on top of it. Highly recommend! A++

This is a FULL service, old school feeling but extremely modern butcher shop. Exotic as well as regular meats. Great service. Professional and friendly staff. Good vittles.

I went to this place upon finding it on Google after tireless searches for fresh raw poultry. After coming here once, I am happy to say it will be the place I go going forward. The guy at the counter was kind, courteous, answered any questions I had, and made a lasting impression on the wonderful culture Dickman's has created. The place was bustling, but fast paced. The meat well kept, the storefront itself clean and welcoming, and the prices reasonable and realistic. 10/10, if you need meat skip the chain stores and come here, I know I will from now on.

We come here often. Great last minute dinner plans. Ugly steaks rarely disappoint.

Only downside is the cost of uglies continue to climb higher than ribeye, which is a shame.
