I have bought meats for about three years now. There prices vets Publix by far the quality is far superior. So far one cow countless steaks and a huge rib roast my only complaint is they run out of bratwurst to fast keep up the good work

Best beef you will ever eat. Steaks melt in your mouth. I buy about 50lbs at a time to stock my freezer and they are always so helpful. Place is clean and prices are reasonable. Convenient store hours. They also carry Bearded Butcher seasonings which are our favorite. I don’t buy my beef anywhere else.

I would like to say that everyone I have talked to at D&S Quality Beef has been very polite and helpful. This was my first time processing a cow, they were extremely helpful and answered every question I had. I purchased the USDA inspected processing for my cow. I am very pleased with the processing and packaging of the meat. All my cuts were exactly how I wanted them cut. They will be doing my processing in the future.

This place is great.... Drive the drive and go here... they cut my fajita steak style meat at the time of pick up... They care here, and you will know it once you decide to stop buying your meat from the big box stores.... This is your place to go....

We had a terrible experience with this processor! My in laws and I took two beefs in for processing. We told them exactly how we wanted it, and filled out two processing sheets. We were told that it would be frozen on pickup.

When we picked everything up, they didn’t have it ready so we had to wait. This was just the beginning of the problems though. They had mixed up the cut sheets with the beef. The bigger beef was cut up like the smaller should have been. Not only that, but the cuts were severely mixed up and not even done right. My steaks were supposed to be 1” and my father in laws .75”. But instead, many of mine were cut .75” and his cut 1”. They were all mixed up in the bags and they had everything under one name, not two like it should have been. My father in law’s cuts were mixed up too. I got a bunch of roasts when I was supposed to only have Chuck roasts, and my father in law barely had roasts. Absolutely nothing was right. It was like they just mixed everything in whatever bag they wanted. We had quite a few packages that weren’t sealed good either.
Then to top it off, more than half of the meat wasn’t frozen on pickup but just simply cold. It took 3 days for our freezers to freeze it all.

A month later, we cooked a brisket and had to clean hair and cut what looked like either some dirt or gut matter off of some of it.

This is just terrible service and quality. It’s very unacceptable especially for the price we paid. I will never carry anything to this processor again. Beware!

Good prices for the quality of meat you get. Had a great special running of 50% their frozen selections. We got about $200 worth of meat for half price. Always friendly staff who are willing to go above & beyond to assist you!

I have been meaning to go by there since they opened up. So glad that I did that today. Super friendly people, very helpful and knowledgeable about the meats and the marbling scores. Great quality choice meats at even better prices. I have bragged all day about how much great meat I got for the price of what I paid. I highly recommend if you are nearby or even far away to swing in and check them out.
