I understand the situation of having to move buildings and being behind and I have tried to be understanding the best I could. I dropped my starter off for a 1954 dodge that is hard to replace a year ago this month and I can’t even get them to answer the phone and get my starter. I wish they gave me the option of pick up before moving. I was even patient before that considering they didn’t move until April/may and I dropped off in August. If there is someone that can help me get my starter or that knows them I’m out of patience.

I dropped off my alternator Monday morning at 8:30 AM. Called back Wednesday afternoon. Was told he should be able to check it the next morning. Went back the following Monday afternoon about 3 PM. He hadn’t even touched it. It was still in the floor where I left it a week earlier.

Fair and friendly. This reminds me of a place back in the 70 and 80 and when I say that I mean by there honestly. I would highly recommend because he is trustworthy and willing to do you right. Dukes Alternator is top notch in my book.

Busy, small shop that has been around a while. Second generation alternator and starter mechanic that knows his stuff. Very busy most of the time so it may take a minute to get it fixed, but worth the wait.
