The best thing to come this way in a long time. Super friendly people. Meat prices at or lower than supermarket prices. Menudo, pozole, tacos, and a whole lot of other delicious things! I got a quesabirria, carnitas and pastor taco. Amazing. Go.

True carnicería! I love it! Completely new and different that what’s been in sahuarita before. Loved this salsa bar. Good selection of meats, options to eat, and market needs. I ate the Al pastor tacos and chicharron caramelo. Highly recommend!

I am so happy this place is open. It has a great selection of foods and reasonable prices. In addition to the butcher and grocery items, they have a dining option too. The place is clean, well lit, well stocked, and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I will be back!

Was able to stop by this evening and so glad I did.

This place is spacious and very clean. There’s baskets as soon as you walk in so you can shop around, (I did buy some fresh tamales and chips to take home)
All of their meat looked delicious and fresh.

Their dining area was very comfortable and the food was delicious.
We got a little bit of everything,
Quesabirria taco (it even comes with consome on the side!)
JAAS taco - (green chili, cheese and carne asada)
Pastor taco
Carne asada taco
Rice & beans
Birria burrito

The waiting time was reasonably quick as they were super busy when we were there and you can see the staff in the kitchen were communicating and moving fast to get orders out.

They have a little bar where you can get your pico, cabbage, green & red salsa, guacamole and more! The staff was regularly checking on it and switching it out so it was always fresh.

All the staff were extremely nice and helpful, they were constantly bussing and cleaning tables, and welcoming guests as they looked for a place to sit. Their restroom was clean and spacious as well.

I had the Quesabirria tacos with rice and beans and it was phenomenal! I couldn’t be happier and the fact that it’s right next door to my place of work is even better…. Customer service was great and they have such an awesome selection of fresh meat/seafood and snacks. So glad they are here! Highly recommend

Carniceria is beautiful and clean. I had a Birria burrito and it was delicious! The staffing is friendly and kind. I 10/10 recommend will definitely be returning.

Perfect place if you’re looking for great quality and service. I had the birria, carne asada and pastor taco and all three were delicious. The salsa bar is fresh and they have a good selection to choose from as well. The customer service was excellent another reason why I’ll be back!

My Wife swung by today for opening day! We got carne asada tacos, carnitas tacos, tubs of red and green salsa, cotija cheese, carne asada to cook at home tortillas and Albondigas soup! This is what I've been missing!!!! EXCELLENT hot sauce, EXCELLENT tacos... those meatballs in the albondigas are phenomenal!!! So dangerous for us to have such great food so close hahaha!!!! My Mrs. also wanted to make it clear that the customer service was just as excellent as the food. Cannot wait to try more!!!!
