Very unprofessional. My daughter and 30 of her line sisters paid over $300 in July 1, 2022 for a line jacket to made and ready in September 2022. It is now January 30, 2023 and this owner can't even send the progress of what she has done to the jackets because there is no progress. Don't waste time here.

WORST SERVICE IVE EVER RECIEVED!
My group order from Dec 18, 2021 has still not been started on as of Dec 14, 2022. There was a period of no contact-no phone nor text responses for 3months. The owner, Shaka, took our first deposit initially and even requested the final deposit without sending photo proof of her process on the jackets. It wasn’t until August 2022 that we received a sketch of what would be our design. On numerous occasions she made personal excuses like “being sick” as a reason for delay. Although, we only received these reasons after multiple contact attempts. We would even call the shop and all employees would say “Shaka is not here.” The final week of expecting our designs she said she was on her way to ship our completed designs and failed to do so and yet again did not respond for 4 days. When finally in contact she stated she was behind on other orders. After requesting a refund she argued with me stating she has a non refund policy for sketches. I had to explain to her that in a normal circumstance that might be the case but with you not fulfilling any of our requests over a FULL year when this was supposed to be completed over a 6 month span, per her policy, is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Her failure to have integrity speaks volumes. Beware. Be blessed and go elsewhere.
