This Boba tea is absolutely delightful! The blend of flavors is perfectly balanced, and the chewy pearls add such a fun and satisfying texture. Each sip is a refreshing burst of sweetness that makes it impossible to put down. It's truly a treat that brightens up any day! This kiwi basil, green tea with crystal. Boba and strawberry slices is seven dollars before tax. It taste like pretty flowers.

Customer service sucked today, girl out front kept ignoring my order and speaking to other folks behind me/behind the counter then coming back to me. Not even an “excuse me” - nothing. Just abrupt/rude. Would not recommend. Drinks were not good, hours later and can’t stomach the taste, my passion fruit drink was horrible like tap water taste. My friend usually loves other coffee teas but this one she hasn’t even gotten half of it down. What a waste of money. Would NOT recommend especially w/ the lack of respect in that shop.

Dear Staff and Owner,
Sorry for this review! First, the staffs were not nice to me. Second, I had 2 same drinks but different topping, and one of the staff asked me about the topping. However, the way she asked wasn't clear. She messed up one of my order. Third, when I came back to tell them that they've made my drink wrong. Her face was unhappy to me. Following that, instead of solving my problem or giving me options. They did none! Then I said to change from crystal boba to coffee jelly for me. They fixed me drink, yes they did! But instead of making a new drink for me, they just pour the juice out, then remove the crystal boba. Lastly, they didn't even say sorry to me. After all this I am no longer wanting to come back to Feng Cha anymore, very bad server! And before it was great!

Dear Manager, Please READ this because this is very serious!!! Please do the meeting with your team ASAP, We come to your business today ( 7/17/24 ) and order drinks at 7:57 P.M. Your staffs is very horrible, absolutely disappointed! Your business used to very good but now it gone downhill! I have pictures of the person that make our drinks and I don’t post I here but if you ask for it I will sent you privately. She completely make our order wrong, when we come back just to talk about it then she SO DISRESPECTFUL to us. Your staffs customers services skill is unacceptable. Please hired the one with already have experienced with the job, also finds one know the basic knowledge which is first know how to respect customers. We don’t one the one with 2 face ( Said hello, hi, but as long as we make complain they completely turned evil ). Your staffs not even said '' Sorry ''. Is your staffs FAULTS not our faults because we ordered on the computer. If you not solve this matters we gonna bring this to BBB.

Love the drink I ordered the other day. It was very good! I love the combination of boba, grass jelly, and mocha foam on my drink. I had many boba milk tea before but never had this combination. My family also ordered some drinks but I don’t think they were as good as mine.
Overall this place make pretty good drinks and I will definitely come back for more in the future.
