There aren’t many organic cafés in the Keys so I’m super thankful for Food For Thought! Their fresh muffins are amazing, smoothies & juices are delicious, & lately my favorite order is the avocado toast and a mango tango smoothie with vanilla protein added. Also, I can’t help but mention how amazing their staff is… especially the owner, Blair, who is as sweet as can be. You all are the best!

Great cafe to grab some healthy options for breakfast or lunch. They have quite a few vegetarian/vegan options . The vegan 'meatball' wrap was really good. It was really nice to get something beyond the typical fried cuisine of the area. Highly recommend.

Food For Thought is a gem of a spot! Whether it's a cafe or a restaurant, it doesn't matter because the food is simply amazing. We stopped by for lunch and were blown away by the healthy and flavorful options. The portions were generous, and every bite was satisfying. We tried the vegan wrap and the pesto, bacon, and tomato sandwich, and both were delicious. It was a flavor explosion in every bite. The staff was friendly, adding to the cozy atmosphere of the place. We also loved browsing through the used book section and exploring the wide selection of niche vegan products. It's evident that a lot of thought goes into curating the offerings here. The ambience was warm and inviting, making us feel right at home. And to top it off, we left feeling energized and nourished, thanks to the wholesome ingredients and creative dishes. Food For Tought has definitely mastered the art of making veggies taste incredible.

A much needed healthy choice in this area! Support your local small business. I was on travel to Marathon FL and this place was such a welcome sight, with its small grocery (complete with a few baskets of fresh veggies .. nice mushrooms) and vitamin section to its smoothie, juice and coffee bar. Nice selection for breakfast as well. Poached eggs on top of seasoned quinoa- paired with avocado and mushrooms. Portion was small but satisfying.

If you are searching for made-to-order vegan items, then your search is over! Food for Thought is part grocery and part diner, offering healthy foods and natural remedies. Their açaí bowls are amazing as are their smoothies! Highly recommend for a casual, low-key environment in which to enjoy some healthy and satisfying selections. Be sure to give it a try!!

We stopped in and got s breakfast protein bowl, hummus wrap, and juice. All was delicious and oh so fresh. Staff was super friendly. We enjoyed our delicious lunch.

Nous remercions la dame pour la délicate attention pour notre fille, nous avons commandé deux délicieuses boissons et un très bon muffin, notre fille a eu un joli smoothie en cadeau.
