Me gusta tener yna pequeña tienda en el pueblo pequeño de Arizona city, aunque seria bueno que la tienda fuera mas grande y con mas productos, ya hay mucha gente en el pueblo que se necesita mas, los precios son mas elevados que en food city, porque traen los productos de carnes desde esa tienda y sus precios son de 1 a 2 dolares mas que en la tienda normal, leche, huevos fruta y verduras, ice cream etc... Las chicas cajeras son muy amables.

Went in to cash a lottery ticket was taken care of by the rudest young employee. She was chomping on a piece of gum like a cow and lacked any customer service skills. . Management needs to do better when training employees. Thought I would give them another chance today and got a different employee today, unfortunately she was rude and lacked any customer service skills as well. It's sad that people are more interested in looking at their phones than waiting on a customer. It's also sad that younger employees can't count change back.

The people are incredible.The customer service is great but the meat is not always fresh.I have gotten sick at least two times.I can't even eat there meat anymore.

Very limited selection, very dated, not particularly clean. A third of the items I was looking for were not in stock. The staff was nice and friendly though.

The store was very busy on this day, 10+ people in line and Tamitha the checker was amazing, 5star all the way. I was waiting at the lottery counter with a few other folks and Tamitha was literally running back and forth between lines, always with a smile and small chat to keep folks engaged.

Another gal with zero smile stepped behind the lottery counter, she was abrupt and put out right from the beginning, her name was Fancy, she said:
Do you need something?
I said, Yes, I just have a few tickets to cash.
Fancy said, And she couldn't help you?
Then I said: she's literally been running through the store, she's very busy.
Fancy said, That's her job, I have things to do too.

I'm writing because the service provided by Tamitha, the checker was amazing, the other person was inappropriate to speak of a fellow coworker in that manner, to not have been out to help the customers sooner and her "service" needs some serious help.

On the banking works my tellers would stop what they were doing and assist the line if there were 2-3 people waiting. At your store there were 10+ at the check out line and 3 or more at the lottery counter.

This was about 2pm and I left the store about 2:20pm 1/6

running, she's very busy.
That's her job, I have things to do too.
2pm is just after, left at 2:20 but purchased scratch tickets first

Espersanza and her coworker were absolutely fabulous today (7/27/22)! They were super busy but they were always polite and cheerful. They make living in Arizona City that much brighter. I appreciated the fast and friendly service!

Actually the store is located in Arizona City. I highly recommend this store. It is very clean both in looks and smell, not like some other stores I have been. The workers are pleasant and helpful. The merchandise is fresh and current, especially the meat, produce and frozen foods. Give the store a try, u will be glad you did.
