The prices are a little high on some products. It’s nice to have a grocery store downtown. Unfortunately, Fry’s doesn’t pay there employees that well!

I was disappointed to see that this fry’s was not keeping to its adds. I had only realized when I had gotten home that I was charged a higher price for these tbones then the add had said I am an avid fry’s shopper and I have never had any issues like this till shopping at this specific location. This has happened more than twice the first couple of times I caught after paying and I went to the customer service where they corrected it but I should not have to bring it up. Sale was $5.97 per pound I was charged 8.97

Totally opposite of my Safeway review. Where Safeway routinely did not apply discounts, I have found Fry's has always applied every single discount and coupon that qualifies, even stacking them on each other. When I complained at Safeway, even to the manager, the response was indifference or outright disregard. When I asked the cashier at Fry's about a price, the nearby Manager jumped in to help. She gave us the lower price, even though it was marked wrong! She volunteered this, with a smile and a thank you for shopping at Fry's. The next time we saw her she was at the entrance helping people with carts , again with a smile and a hello. We are local and happy to shop here often. By the way, all those discounts on our last bill of $165 reduced it to $103

I watched an elderly man pushing around his wife in a wheelchair frantically looking for someone to put the code in to do that he could take his wife to the restroom. NOBODY had the code! I followed him around because I needed to use the restroom as well. We went from employee to security to cashiers to customer service. We asked 6-7 people. NOBODY had the code. This poor older man ran from person to person. I asked them to CALL someone to get the code. They said they could do that. WTH! I said, "So then nobody can you the restrooms today?" She said, "That's right." As a Lyft driver, I go into this Fry's to use the restroom and purschase snacks all the time. And on Wed, I buy sushi! I asked the last person for the Store # and went outside and called the customer service number to file a compliant. This us more that RIDICULOUS!! Customer service so far (I'm still on the line with them) has been exceptional at understanding this issue and taking down my complaint. They even called the store manager while I was on the phone with them. Then I was connected with Nick, the store manager. He said that dept heads and certain associates have the cide to the restroom. I said, "them you have a training issue because NOBODY knew antone that had the code. CRAZY!
Fry' Store #88 in downtown Phoenxi...PLEASE train your people on this simple process! I was assured that the gentleman and his wife were eventually able to use the restoom.... thank goodness!
