Goncha just started selling these beautiful tumblers!! I got the strawberry pink one with a delicious strawberry milk tea?. The staff was so friendly and kind and prepped the drink just how I wanted and as you can see the atmosphere is lively and comfy all in one.

I came in late one night and the cashier was so patient with me while I ordered one of all of the holiday drinks!
We chatted, she was great! (Gabriella I believe her name was)
She suggested I get the new red velvet drink HOT. Omfggg so amazing!! I did go back and get it cold.. there's no wrong with that red velvet drink. Do yourself the favor and try it both hot and cold.

Popped in here while picking up some dinner and I’m so glad I did! We got a pumpkin milk tea on the recommendation of the manager and it was delicious! The boba was the perfect consistency and tasted great. Also the manager was such a nice guy! I’ll be back again for sure!

We stopped by here on the way back from the renaissance fair to get drinks for the FFXIV mount and everyone was incredibly nice. It’s a really chill place, the manager was awesome, and the drinks are amazing. Wish we could have tried the ramen but we were in a rush. If we’re ever in the area again we’re coming back. Highly recommended

Service was quick, inside was cute, and boba was tasty. I got the Taro milk tea and the balance of milk to taro to sweetness was good for me personally but I like tea on the sweeter side. Great idea for a low key date: Hit up Sukiya Ramen then grab a Boba after at Gong Cha.

$2 brewed tea special is amazing and the barista working was very nice! She made the drinks quickly and they tasted great.

Sophia was extremely rude. The kiosks were having internet issues, I let her know. She said “okay well I don’t control the internet.” With an attitude. I informed her I was just making her aware of it, as she works here and should know. She rolled her eyes at me. Horrible service!! I was excited to try this for the first time and didn’t end up ordering anything due to her attitude.
