Great spot for propane!! I’ve been trying to refill my Roadtrek for 2 days. Every place said can’t do it because, we aren’t trained or your RV is too old … blah blah blah. No fuss at Hatches. Best $14 I will spend all week. Thank you Hatch’s for filling propane on a Saturday to a needy traveler.

My husband and I had passed through a couple of weeks ago and the man that helped us with propane for our RV was very customer service oriented. Today we were passing back through pulling a trailer and thought we would stop again. Big mistake. As I was walking in a man in a blue car pulled up and was yelling through his windshield then got out and I heard him yelling as he was walking towards my husband "You're blocking the whole parking lot". I continued inside to get ice and water thinking how rude. As I was finishing up my purchase with the NICE lady inside, this man came in yelling he was calling the cops on the guy outside for threatening him and proceeded to say that my husband told him he knows his car and will watch for him around town. This man is an employee of this business. We are not from this town. I stepped in and told him I heard him yelling and that I guarantee he was not threatened. I told him to call the police and the lady helping me told him twice to leave it alone. We won't keep our money to local small business. We will go back to Maverick.

My car broke down in the lot of Hatch’a Quick Stop as we were in the process of moving from IL to AZ. My insurance dispatched a tow truck to come get it, but we had the dog with us and did not want to keep him out in the heat. I went inside to explain my situation to the employees- they offered to keep an eye on my car until the tow truck arrived, taking my number to contact me if any suspicious activity occurred. This made me feel confident, as I am unfamiliar with the area and we just wanted to get to our apartment that was still 3 hours away after 3 days of long drives. Thank you so much Hatch!!

Excellent People working Gere! I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM!!! They have fountain drinks and just got a makeover - cool place to be while someone refills your propane tanks. Excellent business. Just plain, Excellent!

Fantastic place i left my phone in the restroom (rip lol) right when they closed
got in contact with the owner about 15 minutes he showed up and helped.

Hatch's has been a staple in Holbrook as long as I can remember. Awesome family owned business. Friendly staff. Quick and easy store. Great place for those passing through and locals alike.

It's owned by a corrupt former Judge Ralph Hatch this store is a rip off its always dirty rude employees negative energy tourists do not stop here keep going to maverick circle k or any other one Hatchs quick stop is terrible

Showed up 10 minutes before close after I try RUNNING there from a hotel very last minute admittedly but from work out of town very far away, but a simple shrug "we closed" and walks away. U have a closing time of "10"!!!!! Not 9:50 I understand the want to go home but understand my want to use the busuiness under the established timeline. Very displeased and have the urge to be very negative. Thanks
