I had a tooth extracted and the area prepped for a dental implant. Dr. Charcut explained that due to one of the roots, the procedure would be a bit more complicated. She took her time, spending two hours extracting the tooth. She was very skilled and didn’t just “yank” the tooth out, as I had experienced before with anther dentist with a different tooth. She was gentle, and showed care and concern for me throughout the procedure.

I then had some complications from the procedure, which weren’t due to anything Dr. C. did. She got me right in for several follow-up appointments, and addressed the issues quickly and professionally. She is a wonderful dentist who is not only courteous and friendly with her clients, but also with her staff. You can tell she runs a great office, and I highly recommend her for anyone who needs a tooth extracted and/or a dental implant.

BILLING DEPARTMENT (CARLA) IS VERY RUDE, TRIES TO TALK OVER YOU WHEN YOUR START TO TALK WON'T LISTEN TO WHAT YOUR TELLING HER. i REQUESTED TO TALK WITH THE DOCTOR AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE WASNT GOING TO LET ME TALKE WITH THE DOCTER, I HAVE PAID EVERYTHING THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE AND NOW THEY ARE TRYING TO BILL ME FOR ADDITIONAL AMOUNT OF MONEY THAT THEY SAY INSURANCE WON'T COVER. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN AWARE OF THIS WHEN I WENT INTO HAVE WORK DONE. WHAT THEY RECOMMENDED WAS NOT VERY HELPFUL FOR WHAT WAS WRONG WITH MY TEETH. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL AND I WILL NEVER GO BACK.
