We had a fantastic lunch today! The quiche my mom had was light and flavorful. My dad had the ham and Swiss and he gobbled it right up. My aunt had the hummus plate and it was huge! She enjoyed every bite. I had the fresh mozzarella and pesto focaccia and it was divine! Every bite was cheesy and yummy. We decided to get some desserts to go home because we were stuffed. The selection was hard to pick from because they all looked scrumptious! We will definitely come back next time we come back to Bisbee.

We are so happy that we stopped here!!! We had the bacon and havarti quiche and the Strata and it did not disappoint. So fresh and delicious, 100% recommended stopping in. They also have a really cute selection of specialty grocery and gift items.

Had lunch there Saturday. I had whatever the chicken sandwich special was. It was grilled on focaccia, and it was delicious. It came with havarti tomato lettuce and other goodies plus a small salad. I could taste the olive oil in the dressing, and it was good. I have been here before for coffee and scones, always delicious, but I will be back for lunch.

I don’t think they prepare anything fresh here. It seems like most everything is store bought and assembled (can’t speak for the quiche), and for that, I can’t rank them any higher than a typical Safeway Deli.

My sandwich and salad was decent, but absolutely wasn’t worth writing home about. The salad dressing was definitely from a bottle. My sandwich was mediocre at best, no better than something I could’ve assembled with jarred roasted bell peppers and canned chicken. Honestly, it was a pretty lazy execution of a sandwich.

But if you love overpriced items that you can find at a Sprouts or Trader Joe’s, then you’ll love this tourist trap of a market/restaurant.

Always make a stop here to browse the grab & go section! Wine🍷, crackers, cheese 🧀, oh my!!! Many delicious items to shop.
We didn’t end up having a meal here, but they offer vegan to vegetarian options and really tasty looking pastries 🥐

Ok. Full disclosure: I have lived in Bisbee for 13 years and have been a customer here during all this time. This is one of 3 eateries that I still support in Bisbee as other establishments have either come and gone or, if they are stillI operating, have0 compromised the quality or consistency of their food and customer service/prices.
HDM has consistently maintained their high standards for food quality, customer service and fair prices.
They have an outdoor patio. All menu items are organic and made on site. EVERYTHING is homemade and DELICIOUS. Peyton, who is the owner/manager is passionate about serving high quality food and, when possible, uses locally sourced ingredients in the menu offerings. Go on their website to see their regular menu. They are also an organic market. They also have daily menu specials.
