Excellent customer service very good supply of Alaska souvenirs very friendly atmosphere. They also give a 10% discount for military personnel and families super location easy to get at very professional by all customer service agents and it’s a very nice place to visit. It was my first time there and I shall be back. I recommend it to service members and families.

10/14/23- Lots of meats from various wild life. They offer different services for locals from what I could tell based on a phone conversation from a lady in the back.
The lady was busy and in didn't stop to acknowledge my presence or the other people who walked in. Not that I care but it made it easy to walk out.
The other lady by the merchandise and meat fridge was on her phone and didn't say hi or look up.
If you have questions I say call ahead. If you're looking for wild life meat I saw places in town and there's no need to drive this far out.
My 3 🌟 is more than fair for lack of customer service.

Have used Indian valley for years. This year they got our order wrong and the lady at the counter was extremely rude. We have always looked forward to our yearly trip but I think we’ll give Alaska sausage a try next year.

Drove out to IVM tonight to drop off 100 pounds of sockeye to have processed. Have used their after hours drop off before without any problems. Always love supporting local businesses. However, today they had a sign on the drop off door stating that they were closed until 10 am this morning, yet they were still closed to drop offs. I was there at 9 pm on the same day that the sign stated open at 10am for drop offs. There was also nothing posted online stating their closed status to after hour drop offs. It’s no short jaunt to drive out to Indian only to turn around empty handed. I could hear people working inside yet no one replied to my knocking on the doors. I will never use IVM again after this experience. How hard is it to update your status online as far as after hour drop offs? I’ll take my business elsewhere as there’s AK sausage & seafood as well as 10th & M seafoods. Save the gas, dissatisfying taste and the ride out of town. There’s no excuse for not updating these closures online.

Great spot to grab reindeer, venison, bison, tasty polish sausage and more. The staff was super friendly and the prices are reasonable. They also process fish and game along with providing instructions on the best way to handle both in the field for the best final product. Worth a stop!

A great place to buy Alaska souvenirs and meat products. Nice variety of meats and jerky products. Quality is great and service is superb. Drive from Anchorage was also beautiful. A must visit place when in Anchorage. I'll be back.

I had Indian Valley meats process a moose for me last fall. I was concerned about having someone I didn’t know process such precious payload. I process meticulously all of my own game and make cured meats at home….I am seriously trying to figure out how to economically send my meat up there to have them take care of it.

You can’t make a mistake with these folks- everything I order was better than I can make. It’s expensive hunting, processing and shipping meat home, that is a fact, but if you are going to go through the trouble and expense of taking a trip to Alaska don’t be afraid that what get won’t be the best meat you’ve ever eaten. These folks do it right….pay them to help you!
