The U-Haul experience was great. Super nice folks and they made sure that the correct ball and hitch trailer was correctly attached. Would absolutely use and recommend this great business again. The ladies in the front office were so nice!! 100% excellent experience!!

do you have a utility trailer any kind of welding or if you have an old U-Haul that needs some work come on down here and he can fix anything they are good people

Can’t say enough good things! Super genuine people. Fixed my front brakes and corrected the back ones from improper replacement from some other guy( not related to JCS Repair). He stayed late to get my car fixed up and even fixed my bumper that was hanging off one side free of charge. Thank you JCS Repair for the great customer service and honest work

UHaul totally messed up my rental in TTown. Had to drive all the way to W Blocton. Lady here was super nice and super patient getting the reservation transferred and corrected. Highly recommend!!

These people took advantage of my mom. She took her car there, they diagnosed her as having a bad transmission. They went to put one in that they picked out (we did not bring them a transmission) realized it did not fit. Then they charged her the labor for putting the one that didn't fit in and taking it back out and still charged her more labor for installing the second transmission...a new one that did fit. They charged her $1900 for the job. They took 4 weeks to do the job and the moment that they were done they began hounding her to come pick her car up. Being rude about it from the very beginning. I would advise you not to take your vehicle here. This ordeal was about 4 years ago and if it had happened today I would have handled the entire situation much differently.

carried my truck in for an intake leak ,fixed it in a timely manner, drove to work and wouldnt start. mechanic said whe he put the diatributor back in it felt funny , ended up replacing timing chain, pushrods and valves in heads . truck ran perfect when i carried it in , after i spent 2,000$ on it . took it home , ran great , but now its pouring oil out the timing chain cover . wouldnt take my bicycle to get air put in the tire !!
