Nuria was incredibly helpful throughout the rental process from viewing through a video call to signing the contract 2 weeks ago. Since I don’t have a Spanish work contract, securing an apartment was challenging but she guided me through all the requirements and made the experience much smoother. She was very prompt with replies, patient and proactive in helping me get the flat.

The flat does have some defects but she has been helping me mediate with the owner and the issues are currently being addressed. I appreciate her support and transparency during the process.

Overall, a very positive experience working with her and the JP team!
