My boyfriend and I have been to Kung Fu Tea many times, and this location is very disappointing. We order the same drinks every time we go and we have started to realize which locations are better than others. This time we went to this particular location and the boba in both of our drinks tasted almost like burnt rubber and they were really hard. We both didn’t finish our drinks. The workers were okay and the inside is also nice. But sadly, we will not be returning back.

First off, this location wasn’t very welcoming. The employees have an attitude as soon as you walk in. The vibe is very off and they all be staring at you as if you’re inconveniencing them.
Second, I ordered the Taro tea and was told they ran out of black tea (even tho one of the employee took it in the back to make more) and I was asked to substitute for the green tea. Minutes after I ordered one of the guy employee comes out with the black tea.
I felt like my drink was rushed when made because it tasted like green tea flavored milk tea. There was no hint of taro in the drink. The green tea over powered the drink. It also left a sweetener taste residue in your mouth. It wasn’t pleasant. I’ve have a few taro drinks from different tea shops and this wasn’t it.
This was my first time with Kung Fu Tea, and this location gets a 0 from me for first time experience. I will try other locations and hopefully they live up to their name.

Absolutely worth the wait in line! Boba is cooked to a perfect chew and is drenched in sweet syrup? The Taro Milk Tea pairs deliciously with pudding topping and a caramel cheesecake on the side! They hand you a device to wait outside since there’s limited space and it’ll alert you when your drink is ready?10/10

We just came in to try the new Princess Peach drinks. I asked the girl which ones dont come with dairy or dairy free options. She says none come with dairy. So I ordered "The Leading Lady" and on the sticker, it clearly says milk cap. I have a dairy allergy and wasted my money on something I can't drink.

Edit: We went back to have them remake the drink without the milk cap. The same girl said the milk cap is dairy free... which isn't true, and we told her that. We had looked on their website before coming back, and the drink I got clearly says "contains dairy". We also saw on their wall a description of what the milk cap was. It very much has DAIRY.
Whoever runs this location needs to train their employees better when it comes to food allergies. You could seriously hurt someone.

I ordered 4 milk Thai teas with 0 sugar and boba. 3 of them went to my friends , I kept one. When I went to drink it, it was so sweet it was basically undrinkable. I took it back asking for a replacement. The clerk refused saying that if it sits too long it will get very sweet. But she relented and gave me one drink to check out. Of course what she prepared this time was what I expected. I asked her if perhaps the person making drinks the first time made a mistake. She said “no. I remember - I made those drinks without extra sugar””. Sure enough, the drink she made the second time did NOT turn any sweeter. So she basically lied to avoid giving me 3 replacements.
