This is the 5th time I show up at 7:35 & the store is already closed, Business hours show that they close at 8pm and that is never the case. There were about 5 other people that showed up as well and were disappointed that the store was already closed. I suggest changing the store hours & not having false advertising, so customers can know the exact hours & not waste our time making the drive.

Never open in business hours. That tell you alot about the quality. Either new management or they getting readu to close business because before they used to be good.

I frequent this location for my alkaline water needs. I like it. Usually it is always very clean at this location. There are only 2 Kangen water machines and they tend to have the lowest water pressure (especially when others use the regular water dispenser faucets). This means when I fill my three 5-gallon jugs, I've watched three people enter after me with 3 and 4 bottle of regular water only to leave before my first two were half filled. It's better if you avoid high traffic but they opened about 10 minutes later than posted this day so more people started to populate in the lot waiting. When I catch fewer people it's quicker. I like the old fashioned ice cream flavors butter pecan and pecan praline (this may not be the actual name) are my favorite. The checkout system they use let's you send the receipt to email/text vs printing. I like that option. There is one guy that is usually pretty hands off but is helpful with helping when you show signs of needing help. Not all workers do that though. Generally theres a calm feel in the store. Usually even if there are more customers, so I appreciate that, too.

Really like going to this place. Moved to this area a year ago n started getting water here. Everyone that works here are just the best. I love the thrifty ice cream. Place is always clean n you get greeted with a hello n a smile.

Would give zero stars if I could. Arrived 45 min before closing and there was a note in the door stating “be back in 15 min” waited 30 min outside and no one ever opened the door. Man with long hair heavier build was inside but did not acknowledge any of us standing outside. Called and no one answered the phone. LOTS of people waiting outside, LOTS of money lost.

I would be upset if i were the owner of this establishment.

Always great customer service from the young men that work there, Ice cream is all i ever get from there and its worth the trip every time. Just wish they had Cookies n Cream more often as it is my favorite but still a great spot overall !!

Tried to buy a serving of ice cream while they were open and the lady working did not want to wash the scoop again so she was no longer selling ice cream. Upsetting, because I had promised my kid all day for a double scoop and they still had 30 minutes until closing. So a heads up for lazy workers here.
