Joe and Alli knock it out of the park each and every time!!! Absolutely the best and Joe’s passion shows. Sourced from the best and freshest ingredients. I am totally hooked like some sort of pizza and sandwich (pasta, gravey, sausage, deserts…) junkie with Joe and Alli as my dealer. The menu changes daily and limited quantities and when they are out it’s out for the day. But you can call, text, or social media them and they will reserve items for you.

When I first walked in I greeted with a smile. The owners, Joe and Allie made it feel like I was family. Really good energy in their little shop. I had the Morty sandwich and it was delicious. Bread flown in from Italy. Really good experience. I love Italian food and this is my favorite Italian food in Arizona.

Whether I come in 15 minutes before they close or during lunch rush I’m always taken care of 😊

I don’t mind waiting for my food to be made and depending on what time you come in there will be a wait, but it’s oh so worth it!!

I’ve had pizza and gnocchi here and they both surpassed my expectations. I also get some sweet treats from time to time and those are great too.

You can tell that Joe loves what he does and that he only uses the best ingredients in his dishes. I’ve read some reviews where people complained about the wait or not enough seasoning or even the price and I’m just confused on where they ate?

If you’re looking for a fast food place well this ain’t it.
If you’re looking for food that is overly seasoned to cover up the sub-par ingredients … again this ain’t your place.
As for the price, I feel it’s reasonable especially when you know that you’re getting great fresh food!

Cliff notes: food is great, well seasoned, ingredients shine and you tastes the freshness. This isn’t a fast food place, expect to wait for the amazing food! The people are awesome and you can literally watch Joe make your food!

If you are an Italian from New York… The PAPER THIN CRISPY CRUST pizzas are absolute paradise and the closest thing to NY pizza! I am a New Yorker living in Florida and Joe needs to expand to Palm Beach County!

As we waited for our pizzas, we devoured the rainbow cake! It has a very thin filling, similar to cannoli cream. The fresh whipped cream on top was outstanding!

We ordered the pizza with fresh zucchini, caramelized, onion and burrata, a Margarita pizza and a delicious sausage pizza with cheese and a hot honey drizzle. I was skeptical at first with the meat pizza but oh my Lord was it DELICIOUS! The zucchini pizza had very thin slices that had the littlest bit of olive oil. When the pizza comes out of the oven, Joe tops every pizza with freshly grated cheese, which is the showstopper! Very fresh ingredients… And you could tell the food was made with love!

On my next visit to Gilbert, Little Joe’s will be my first stop!!

The pizza is amazing, it is very thin and super crispy. It’s Romanian style. They use very fresh ingredients. It’s also a little market that has Italian goods. The roast beef sandwich was the best I’ve ever had and it’s not even close. They use grass fed prime rib shaved. It’s incredible! It’s a true Italian gem!!!

This pizza is something else – thin, crispy, and apparently Romanian style. They use really fresh stuff. Plus, it's also a little market with Italian goodies. And that roast beef sandwich? Forget about it. Best ever. Seriously, they use shaved grass-fed prime rib. It's insane! This place is a real Italian hidden treasure.

Truly one of the best and authentic pizzas I’ve had since moving to Arizona. It was extremely clean and well organized inside. We got the Papa Joes and the Sausage pizzas and they were so good! The Papa Joes was so unique and will definitely have me returning. Feeling lucky to have a little slice of Italy in Gilbert!
