Midtowne Butcher makes you feel special! It’s like having a personal butcher, selecting/preparing the highest quality meats for easy grilling or smoking in your Traeger. This Thanksgiving I selected ostrich medallions and made ostrich poppers with cream cheese, jalapeños, wrapped in maple bacon. I also purchased
Petite tenders (or called Teres Major instead of filet mignon at a 1/3 of the price) with several packs of alligator sausage smoked on my grill.
If you want to be a Grill King, purchase all your meat at Midtowne Butcher!

I don’t think I’ve ever loved a sandwich more in my life. I got the Cuban at Midtowne Butcher this past weekend and it was fantastic. The perfect amount of crunch, crisp, and flavor goodness— I’m not even a big hot sandwich fan but this has changed the game for me. I will absolutely be coming back and recommending to all my friends!

What amazing sandwiches! Had the pleasure of eating a classic Reuben, it must’ve been two inches thick with delicious corned beef! My friend had the French Dip which was awesome on its own but dipping it into the au jus turned it into something mouth-wateringly spectacular!

We visited from out of town and didn’t have the means to bring home any of their meats, sausages and other delectables, but we’ll be better prepared next time!

The service was outstanding. Friendly, attentive and welcoming!

Sad to know they won’t honor their gift cards the were purchased in good faith prior to the ownership change. So you got to eat the cost on a couple transactions at least you would be retaining loyal customers but instead you would rather lose those customers. Me as a business owner believe every customer matters

Long time customer. Would get sandwiches 2 times a week. Unfortunately it has been a while and I heard ownership has changed. I still will always support local business even after an ownership change so I gave it a shot today for lunch. I got my usual, just a 2 meat sandwich. Took 25 mins, I thought that was a little long but that’s ok until they handed me my order. For 9 bucks I got a sandwich so small I’d feel bad packing for a child’s lunch. I have had finger food sandwiches bigger at events. I mean this is absolutely shocking. I know the “meat” business has small margins, but to blatantly cut the size of a sandwich by I kid you not 65% and raise the price is wrong. If you gotta do that get rid of the sandwiches. I am leaving this review only because the sandwiches were very popular and people should be warned before spending their hard earned money on something that I would be embarrassed to serve. I would still like to get a French dip again but until I see the “new” size for myself, I won’t be taking another gamble. Midtown should be embarrassed and rethink the entire sandwich situation. You be the judge.

They refused to honor a $200 gift Card. The business has gone downhill after new ownership. I have always been happy with the quality; however, I will not use or recommend them anymore.

Best hot sandwiches in town by a mile and the guys who work there are really friendly. I even recommend this place to my customers while im making them a sandwich at my own job

Absolutely delicious! Stopped by for lunch and sandwiches were phenomenal. Staff was knowledgeable and super helpful! Huge selection of meats, rubs, marinades, and more! Definitely gonna be back here soon! 10/10.
