This was our first time trying Mr.Pickles and I would like to give a huge shout out to the young man who helped us. Who's name was Jacob.

He was so helpful and very patient. Since we had not been there, he did a quick rundown of the menu and even suggested a few favorites.
He had such great customer service and mannerisms. I just wanna say thank you so much, Jacob. We really appreciate your kindness and guidance.

The sandwiches were delicious. We had a pastrami and Buffalo chicken sandwich, and wow, flavorful!! I will say if you like garlic, their garlic sauce is delicious!! The bread is nice and thick, and they will add anything you like to your sandwiche. It is a bit pricey, but the flavors and freshness are worth it.

Pricey but one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Fresh ingredients and the bread was soooo good! Will definitely be back to try more of the menu! The large sub can feed two people cuz it’s that packed with meat and food 🤌🏽🔥😭

It's okay but very overpriced.

Ingredients clearly come from one of the large distributors, probably Sysco.

So the sandwich taste like any other chain sandwich place.

The flavor was good, but taking the price and ingredients quality in mind, I'm not sure this is a place I would ever recommend or return to.

The sandwich was alright but that textured bread they offer is too hard. Everyone with me happened to get it and they thought the same thing. The roof of my mouth was torn up afterwards. Lol. Pretty decent otherwise. Fast service, friendly staff. 3.5/5. Probably a 4/5 if I didn't order the dutch crunch bread.

First time trying this sandwich place. I’ve been so excited since hearing it was coming to the area but wanted to wait for all the hype to die down before stopping by. Worth the wait. Bread and all the ingredients taste super fresh. I ordered a half size Listen, Linda and it did not disappoint! I didn’t change anything that came on it and everything in “the works” went well together. Messy but so tasty!! The cookie is an awesome bonus and delicious, as well.

Great place for sandwiches there macaroni salad is yummy and the sandwiches mmmm so delicious the staff is excellent they greeted me when I walked in and they were so helpful with my questions as this was my first time here 😊 price is good 👍 I recommend Mr. Pickles and I will definitely be back 😊❤️ I didn’t think to take a picture till I was almost done I was so busy enjoying my food ❤️

Don't go here, horrible service. Walked in yesterday as lunch rush was starting. Only 2 of us in line, 3 people working. We wait 10 minutes in line, one of the girls says (without looking at us), use the kiosks to order or continue to wait and I'll get over there when I can.
SHE'S TAKING 5 MINUTES TO BAG EACH TO GO ORDER. M.O.L.A.S.S.E.S.
We both tried using their kiosk as 3 more people walked in. Their order software is annoying and confusing, I wanted extra pickles, and the screen is so zoomed in, I couldn't figure it out.
More people walk in.
20 minutes in now, 6 people in line AND NO ONE HAS COME TO TAKE ANYONE'S ORDER!!!

$60 spent on 3 subs and only one was correct. LG meatball has 4 meatballs and ordered Xtra provolone and got none at all. Bread pretty stale and mixed up the bread order. Customer service not existent. Firehouse so much better and better portion. I feel this place not even close to subway.
