Wow!!! This place is awesome!
It's a small place with fresh meat butcher in the back of the store.
But then the restaurant behind the building.... You absolutely MUST STOP AND GRAB SOMETHING THERE! IT'S AMAZING!
I'm slowly making my way through the menu. So far I've got all the of the burritos and the first two were absolutely delicious. But this third one... The TERROR BURRO.... This one is a whole new meaning of an amazing burrito!
I don't know all the meats they put in it but carne asada is one with many others as well as it being WRAPPED IN BACON!! THIS BURRITO IS WHAT HEAVEN WOULD BE IN FOOD FORM!!!

If you're anywhere near Douglas, Arizona you absolutely MUST check them out.
After eating this terror Burro, I could die a completed man....

Oh, and the entire crew working there are pretty amazing and awesome as well.
They even sell my drink....
Not your father's root beer!! Only place within many miles that sell it and I'm grateful for that!!!

The quality of the meat here is excellent! I live over two hours away and think of driving back here often for a good ribeye. Especially after having a steak elsewhere like an expensive steak house in Vegas. Why fly to Vegas when you can drive to Douglas and have a much better steak for a better price?

Locals told me this was a must visit. New place that expanded its market into a full on steakhouse.

The food all looks and tastes impressive. The upscale country aesthetic pairs well with the locally sourced steaks. You can’t go wrong with their Bloody Mary drinks! There is outdoor seating and tons of fans to keep you cool and comfortable.

We were excited to buy our meat here because we heard they cook it for you. Big disappointment , the meat they had out was old and crusty. The chicken was freezer burnt, when I picked up my order, we were missing two pieces of meat. We also bought a whole onion so they can grill it for us as well and they only gave me half of it. Of course I went back to complain and for them to give me what I paid for. Maybe the cook was hungry.?
I also noticed only kids working, which makes the place chaotic .
Customer service is the worst places I’ve ever been in Douglas.
To top it off super expensive !!!
it’s not worth a visit .
We also bought Carne seca, which is greasy as hell !Thumbs down.

Excellent!! Store is well stocked w/most items needed quickly, rather than head to a full grocery store.
The staff is AWESOME!
The meat is high quality & the prepared meat items (Chorizo/Carne Asada) are fantastic!
I live QUITE a distance from the store, however, I make it a point to take a scenic drive to my favorite carnicería, as often as possible & I stock my freezer full of great proteins when I get home! Thanks Palo Verde Staff for ALL you do & provide to your customers!
