They ought to be ashamed of themselves. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I ordered a "premium" greenery basket to be sent to a memorial service at Thompson's funeral home. Even though they guaranteed delivery in time, they didn't get the arrangement to the service. THEN, they blamed it on the deceased's wife, stating that she requested the arrangement be sent to her home the next day instead...she did not request this. They then claimed they misunderstood the date of the deceased's service, but they sent other flowers there on the correct date. The premium greenery basket they sent was simply a green plant, not a greenery arrangement as I'd requested and they promised to deliver. And, they say they won't refund my money for the wrong arrangement sent to the wrong place on the wrong day that they tried to blame on the widow. We'll see.

I ordered flowers for a funeral held there locally in Piedmont. I had ordered an arrangement in a basket on purpose so if one of the family wanted to take it home it would be easy to transport. What I got was in a vase, NOT a basket. And even though I ordered the Premium version, what I got was not even the number of blooms shown in the standard pic, not a single yellow rose at all. If I can figure out how to attach pics here I will. I guess that because I was from out-of-town, they though I'd never see it. Even though I placed the order online with the funeral home, I understand that the order was fulfilled by Foothills florist and I place the blame squarely on them. I have never been so very VERY disappointed and VERY embarrassed

Although my mother in law received a beautiful flower arrangement today for a 1 year anniversary of my son's passing. There was one flower that I requested to be in the arrangement. I received pictures today and there were no iris any where to be found. That was her husband's favorite flower and had lots of meaning behind it. I own a floral business of my own and I know there are times when you just cant get some items. It would have been nice if they could have told me they didn't have any. Unfortunately this is the only florist in this town.

We ordered a flower arrangement to be sent to the funeral home in piedmont it was supposed to have been there by 11:00 didn’t get there until after 1:00 it was supposed to have a cross in it and it was not in it I will never use them again.
